【观点】阿里新 CEO 吴泳铭发全员信：4 年内，让 85 后、90 后成为管理主力

各位阿里人，大家好，我是吴泳铭。

今天是我正式接任阿里集团 CEO 的第三天，很荣幸与大家并肩作战。

时代在变，阿里必须变！时代在进步，阿里更必须进步！过去 24 年，阿里抓住时代大潮，运用互联网技术，获得高速成长。今天，传统互联网模式严重同质化已走向存量竞争，AI 人工智能为代表的新技术正成为全球商业发展的新动能。

我向大家宣布，面向未来，阿里确立两大战略重心：用户为先、AI 驱动。集团会围绕这两大重心进行业务梳理，重塑业务战略优先级。在此基础上，集团将对三类业务加大战略性投入：1、技术驱动的互联网平台业务；2、AI 驱动的科技业务；3、全球化的商业网络。

所有业务的根基是用户价值以及带来的用户留存。我们必须更加坚定转向用户视角，多维度满足用户需求，用户需求的优先级高于一切。更多用户才能给商家带去更多市场机会。

同时，在新时期，想要创造行业最好的用户体验，我们必须更加开放。各业务要主动以用户为先的视角，寻求最广泛的开放与合作，包括传统意义上竞争关系的公司。与此对应，我们会在不影响战略联动效应基础上，让业务间合作更多遵从市场化原则。

下一个十年，最大的变量毫无疑问是 AI 带来的全行业深刻变革。我们必须在 AI 时代以再次创业的决心，重塑用户价值，才可能得到在未来十年继续服务客户的机会。
