在全员信中,吴泳铭指出了阿里面对的新时代机遇和战略布局。吴泳铭称,传统互联网已经严重同质化、并走向存量竞争,未来「最大的变量」是 AI 人工智能为代表的新技术。为此,阿里确立了两大战略重心:用户为先、AI 驱动。

各集团内部也在推进组织灵活性。7 月,淘天集团就探索了职级、绩效调整方案,拓宽职级、取消职级和绩效绑定,调动团队积极性。

今天是我正式接任阿里集团 CEO 的第三天,很荣幸与大家并肩作战。
时代在变,阿里必须变!时代在进步,阿里更必须进步!过去 24 年,阿里抓住时代大潮,运用互联网技术,获得高速成长。今天,传统互联网模式严重同质化已走向存量竞争,AI 人工智能为代表的新技术正成为全球商业发展的新动能。

我向大家宣布,面向未来,阿里确立两大战略重心:用户为先、AI 驱动。集团会围绕这两大重心进行业务梳理,重塑业务战略优先级。在此基础上,集团将对三类业务加大战略性投入:1、技术驱动的互联网平台业务;2、AI 驱动的科技业务;3、全球化的商业网络。
所有业务的根基是用户价值以及带来的用户留存。我们必须更加坚定转向用户视角,多维度满足用户需求,用户需求的优先级高于一切。更多用户才能给商家带去更多市场机会。
同时,在新时期,想要创造行业最好的用户体验,我们必须更加开放。各业务要主动以用户为先的视角,寻求最广泛的开放与合作,包括传统意义上竞争关系的公司。与此对应,我们会在不影响战略联动效应基础上,让业务间合作更多遵从市场化原则。
下一个十年,最大的变量毫无疑问是 AI 带来的全行业深刻变革。我们必须在 AI 时代以再次创业的决心,重塑用户价值,才可能得到在未来十年继续服务客户的机会。
我们各业务有大量用户场景,我们必须让这些场景都变成 AI 技术最佳的应用场,通过技术创新带来突破性用户体验和商业模式。如果跟不上 AI 时代的变迁,一定会有新的物种将我们取代。
