姜捷，浙江洲一铝业有限公司董事长，作为阿联酋浙江侨团联合会的温籍侨领，他积极响应“温商回归”的号召，携资金和国际领先技术回温二次创新创业，主攻战略性新兴产业，将小小铝箔越做越薄。

一、抢占市场先机 新型板材制造商

温州人的吃苦耐劳是创业通行证。

2002年，22岁的姜捷以满腔创业热情，“远征”遥远陌生的中东土地。

初到中东，踏上迪拜这个陌生的国度时，大学刚毕业时的姜捷凭着温州人骨子里的拼劲，从零做起。“最初创业的时候，卖货、司机、搬运和安装都是我一个人。”姜捷回忆，当时为了省钱，店铺里能亲自动手的装修都是自己一个人扛下来的，墙纸、吊顶、壁纸……“那时候身心俱疲，压力大到快要绝望，每一天回来倒头就睡。”好在市场没有辜负他的期望，沙发店很快从开始的亏本变为盈利，半年多的时间，他的沙发店就已经在当地立了足，名声越来越响。

2018年初，温州组团率队到迪拜招商引资，面对家乡伸出橄榄枝，自己拿什么回报故土？姜捷认真思索过。

“作为一个温州人，对家乡情结很深，每次回温都深切体会到温州的变化，特别是感受到家乡打造营商环境的力度很大。”姜捷决定带着资金和项目回归故里，希望将迪拜成熟的现代化生产模式复制到温州。

当年，他把企业落户在鹿城藤桥，总投资10.75亿元，总占地面积150亩，是鹿城区的重点回归项目，主打的“阿联酋高分子幻彩新型板材生产制造”项目作为高新技术战略性新兴产业，被定为鹿城区省“152”项目。该项目采用的新型板材生产线，是国际顶尖的生产设备，生产的0.010毫米涂层铝箔卷，是全球第一薄，产品在中东地区的市场占有率达70%，并远销海外市场。该项目于2021年底正式投产，一期占地约53亩，总投资5亿元，年生产力为4万吨。公司聘请了100余名海内外高级人才，并为藤桥当地提供100多个就业岗位。

三、创新永无止境 搭上快车追梦前行

“我是温州人，温州是我根脉所系的地方，这里有我的家人和朋友，我有责任也有义务为它做些事情。”
