Prior to that, Mr. Rafkin served as Chief Financial Officer and Acting President of Volvo Financial Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Scott Rafkin has worked in various senior positions at Volvo Finance since 2001. He has more than 17 years of experience in the financial industry. And has deep insights into financial services in the construction equipment and transportation industries. With this appointment, Mr. Rafkin will be responsible for accelerating the group&#8217;s digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Martin Lundstedt, president and CEO of Volvo Group, said: &#8220;Scott Rafkin. As the group&#8217;s first chief digital officer, will continue to drive our digital transformation. Which is critical to the creation of new business models, technologies and internal capabilities.&#8221;  In accordance with the Group&#8217;s organizational structure, Mr. Scott Rafkin will report directly to Jan Gurander.
