CTO \u7684\u4e5d\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u5728\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d\u62c5\u4efb\u8be5\u89d2\u8272\u7684\u6280\u672f\u9886\u5bfc\u8005\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" A strong tech leader needs to know when to stay the course and be disciplined, even if it means little or no short-term benefits.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CTOs also need to know when to pivot and act decisively. \u201cPart of this is understanding that a technology leader does not dictate the direction, but rather they need to be part of an intelligent guidance,\u201d Reeves says. \u201cFocus on business outcomes and goals set by the organization. CTOs need to look for ways to innovate and drive value.
