首创大气聘任刘静为总经理 2021年上半年公司净利5110.79万

3月14日消息，首创大气（832496）发公告称，根据《公司法》及公司章程的有关规定，公司第三届董事会第七次会议于2022年3月11日审议并通过：聘任刘静为公司总经理、信息披露负责人，任职期限至本届董事会届满为止，自2022年3月11日起生效。
