【CEO故事】海淀区商会副会长、北京纳通科技集团董事长赵毅武：砥砺前行，不忘初心

“为中国人民谋幸福，为中华民族谋复兴”这是习近平总书记在党的十九大上关于初心的鲜明宣示，这也是每一位有责任、有担当的华夏儿女为之共同努力奋斗的目标。

20世纪90年代，中国经济进入快速发展时期，一个偶然也可以说是必然的机会，让我进入了医疗健康领域。偶然的是毕业之后创业选择了医疗器械这个行业，必然的是有感于国内医疗水平不高且落后于国外的现状，认为是时候做一些有价值、有意义的事情了。自此，为中国医疗之崛起的初衷一直引领着我在这一领域不辍耕耘二十三载。

一、锐意创新，致力于为人民谋福祉

“推动医学技术进步，引领医疗产业发展”是在企业成立之初就确立的使命，而致力于“帮助患者以最小代价战胜疾病，恢复健康”这一使命始终是指引企业前进的方向。

“为天地立心，为生民立命，为往圣继绝学，为万世开太平”，先人之思始终激励着万千有理想、有抱负的炎黄子孙。为了使患者享受更加先进的医疗产品，我们在早期引进了国外进口医疗产品；为了给患者提供更适合的产品，我们精心研发了符合中国人体解剖特征的关节产品；为了降低患者二次手术痛苦，我们潜心自主研发了可吸收内植入产品；为了减轻患者医疗负担，我们着力研发自主产品、建设自主品牌，力争为患者提供质优价廉的产品。

和义广业，成人成己。经过23年的努力，企业的发展舞台更加广阔，但企业所追求的，从来都不只是自身的利益，而是希望为推动产业共同发展做一点努力，为人类健康事业做一点贡献。为此，我们搭建研发平台，打通各学科壁垒，与上下游、整个产业链条上各领域的合作伙伴共同成长；我们培育产业生态，加速原创突破和成果转化，强化关键性技术与共性技术协同攻关，促使中国医疗器械产业实现自主研发创新、高质量发展，从而为患者提供更为优质的服务与产品、减少患者病痛。

从代理进口到自主研发，从自主研发到行业合作，产品在不断改进、企业在不断发展，唯一不变的是切实为人民谋幸福的心。

新时代下，我们赤诚不变，始终在医疗领域坚持自主创新，整合优质资源构建研发生态，为患者提供更优、更适合、更物美价廉的医疗器械产品而努力奋斗。

二、与时俱进，使个人理想、企业理想与国家发展同频共振

中国梦是民族的梦，也是每个中国人的梦。时至今日，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦，已经成为凝聚无数中华儿女的“最大公约数”，成为引领中国亿万人民一往无前的精神旗帜。为实现中国医疗之崛起的远大理想，自始至终都将企业理想融入国家美好愿景，让个人奋斗、企业的发展与国家建设同频共振。

在国内，企业积极参与央企混合所有制改革，投资国药集团，进一步加强国内流通领域渠道合作；积极响应国家“京津冀一体化”发展战略，将工业迁移到天津，打造天津工业制造基地，进一步夯实工业制造能力；积极响应国家供给侧结构性改革，成立研发创新平台，为创新项目、初创企业提供全要素支撑，进一步促进行业共同发展。

在国际，借助“一带一路”发展倡议的契机，使推动国际骨科学术交流活动进入更多的国家，使自有品牌进入更多的国际市场，在与各国加强合作、密切友谊的同时加快国际化发展道路，使“中国制造”走向国际；借助“一带一路”发展倡议的契机，投资并购德国制造企业、芬兰新材料企业，完成了医用内植入物产业价值链上的海外布局，并通过引进国际先进技术资源，强化国内创新能力，促进国内医疗技术水平提升和行业优化升级。

从国内到国际，从产品拓展到产业布局，从技术交流到深化合作，企业发展步伐始终紧跟国家发展脚步，无一不彰显着中华民族奋勇前进、勇于开拓的精神。

新时代下，我们初心不改，铸牢中华民族共同体意识，秉承着新的使命，为建设国际一流的医疗健康产业集团而不断努力，为实现伟大复兴中国梦构建人类命运共同体添砖加瓦。

士不可以不弘毅，任重而道远。放眼未来，我们还有更多的工作要做。人工智能、新材料等新技术已经吹响了产业革新的号角，也打响了国家在战略新兴领域抢占制高点的发令枪，如何在新时期探索出更多满足患者多元化、智能化、个性化需求的产品，如何更契合国家发展步伐助力实现中华民族伟大复兴梦，已经成为了新时代下亟待思考的问题。重任在肩，须当仁不让；砥砺奋进，须莫忘初心。

In the 1990s, when China’s economy entered a period of rapid development, it was an accidental or inevitable opportunity for me to enter the medical and health field. By chance, I chose the medical device industry after graduation, inevitably because the domestic medical level is not high and lags behind the status quo of foreign countries, that it is time to do something valuable and meaningful. Since then, the original intention of the rise of China’s medical industry has led me to work in this field for 23 years.

First, be committed to innovation, and strive for the well-being of the people

“For heaven and earth to establish the heart, for the people to establish life, for the sage to follow the study, for the world to open peace”, the ancestors have always inspired thousands of ideals, ambitious Chinese descendants. In order to enable patients to enjoy more advanced medical products, we introduced imported medical products from abroad in the early stage; In order to provide patients with more suitable products, we have carefully developed joint products that meet the anatomical characteristics of Chinese human body; In order to reduce the pain of the second operation, we have devoted ourselves to developing absorbable internal implant products; In order to reduce the medical burden of patients, we focus on the research and development of independent products. After 23 years of efforts, the development stage of the enterprise is broader. But the pursuit of the enterprise has never been just its own interests.
