孟晚舟,女,汉族,1972年出生于四川成都,任正非之女,中国香港永久居民,深圳大学会计系毕业,华中理工大学(现华中科技大学)管理学硕士。历任公司财务部门的几个高级职位,包括销售融资与资金管理部总裁、账务管理部总裁、华为香港公司首席财务官,以及国际会计部总监。
现任华为公司副董事长、轮值董事长、CFO(首席财务官)。
二、人物经历
孟晚舟,1972年出生于四川成都,1993年加入华为,历任公司国际会计部总监、华为香港公司首席财务官、账务管理部总裁、销售融资与资金管理部总裁等。主要负责华为公司的财务运营及管理,包括财务策略、风险管理、融资筹划、税务遵从等业务。

1、2018年
2018年12月1日,加拿大应美国当局要求逮捕了孟晚舟;同月11日,加拿大法院作出裁决,批准孟晚舟的保释申请。
12月6日,媒体报道,日前加拿大应美国当局要求逮捕了华为公司首席财务孟晚舟。同日,外交部发言人耿爽主持例行记者会。耿爽表示,中方已就该事分别向加方、美方提出严正交涉,并表明严正立场,要求对方立即对拘押理由作出澄清,立即释放被拘押人员,切实保障当事人的合法、正当权益。美、加双方均未对拘押理由作出任何澄清。中国驻温哥华总领馆在第一时间向当事人提供领事协助。中方要求加方切实保障中国公民的安全、人道主义待遇及合法权益。
12月7日消息,华为董事会日前内部通报,经公司常务董事会讨论,决定由梁华暂时代孟晚舟行集团CFO的职责。本决定于发布之日生效。该文由华为轮值董事长郭平签发。
12月8日,中国外交部副部长乐玉成紧急召见加拿大驻华大使麦家廉,就加方拘押华为公司负责人提出严正交涉和强烈抗议。

12月10日,在例行的记者会上,发言人陆慷就近日热点进行回应。相关内容如下:有记者问,中方说孟晚舟的人权遭到侵害,具体是哪项人权?陆慷表示,中加之间是有领事条约的,根据双边的领事条约规定,加拿大方面在对孟晚舟女士实施拘押的第一时间,应该向中国驻加拿大使领馆进行通报。但是很遗憾,我们并没有第一时间从加拿大政府方面得到这样的通报。陆慷指出,媒体上已经有一些披露和细节,孟女士在被拘押的过程中,包括对她采取的一些不人道措施,包括对她提供必要的医疗保障方面的措施,根本就没有到位,我们认为这是不人道的。
对于华为集团副董事长孟晚舟持有香港特区护照,行政长官林郑月娥指出,有关签发情况与入境政策完全一致,孟晚舟在任何时候只持有一本有效特区护照。

2、2019年
1月29日,美国司法部宣布了对孟晚舟的指控,并正式向加拿大提出引渡孟晚舟的请求。
2月18日(当地时间),BBC公布对任正非的专访。其中,任正非谈及孟晚舟事件,明确反对美方的指控。
3月1日,加拿大司法部批准继续推进有关中国公民孟晚舟的引渡听证会。华为对此发布律师声明称,美国的指控是出于政治动机,在此情况下,加拿大司法部长仍然决定签发授权推进令,华为对此感到失望。
3月6号上午(当地时间),孟晚舟在位于加拿大温哥华的卑诗省最高法庭再次出庭。孟晚舟当天身着一身休闲服,头戴帽子走出家门。她看起来神情轻松,笑容一直挂在脸上。外交部发言人陆慷2号就加拿大方面执意推进针对中国公民孟晚舟的所谓引渡司法程序发表谈话。陆慷说,中方对加方执意推进对孟晚舟女士的所谓引渡司法程序表示强烈不满和坚决反对,并已提出严正交涉。中方在孟晚舟事件上的立场是明确的、坚定的。美加两国滥用其双边引渡条约,对中国公民任意采取强制措施,是对中国公民合法权益的严重侵犯。这是一起严重的政治事件。“我们再次敦促美方立即撤销对孟晚舟女士的逮捕令和引渡请求,敦促加方立即释放孟晚舟女士,让她平安回到中国。”陆慷说。
2019年9月23日上午,孟晚舟引渡案在不列颠哥伦比亚省高等法院再次开庭审理,孟晚舟出庭,脚腕上可见被锁上的监察装置。此次开庭,引渡案将进入实质性审理阶段,控辩双方将就案件已有的证据和关键问题进行辩论。
3、2020年
1月20日,据环球网报道,孟晚舟再次出庭接受审讯。可以看到孟晚舟气色不错,虽然脚上仍然戴着限制她出行的电子镣铐。
3月30日(当地时间),加拿大卑诗省最高法院法官与代表孟晚舟的律师及代表加拿大检方的律师在温哥华就孟晚舟向美国引渡案举行视频会议,会议决定延至4月27日举行另一次案件管理会议。
4月27日(当地时间),为公司首席财务官孟晚舟引渡案在不列颠哥伦比亚省最高法院举行听证。因为新冠肺炎疫情的影响,本次听证采取网上方式进行,开庭后仅仅进行了不到30分钟就结束。孟晚舟女士此次没有出庭。

8月1日,据美国侨报报道,一份向加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省法庭提交的文件显示,以银行欺诈罪将华为首席财务官孟晚舟引渡到美国的要求已经满足。

4、2021年
1月29日,华为公司首席财务官孟晚舟放宽保释条件的申请被加拿大的法庭驳回。
4月21日(当地时间),孟晚舟引渡案主审法官在温哥华作出裁决,同意孟方律师提出的将引渡案最后环节庭审推迟到8月的申请。
8月4日(当地时间),孟晚舟引渡案聆讯在加拿大的温哥华再次开庭,孟晚舟的辩护团队和代表美国司法部的检控官之间进行法庭辩论,庭审过程预计于8月21日结束。
8月9日,孟晚舟引渡案在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚高等法院开庭。孟晚舟出现在法庭上。

经中国政府不懈努力,当地时间2021年9月24日,孟晚舟女士已经乘坐中国政府包机离开加拿大。
9月25日,针对孟晚舟回国相关消息,华为方面表示:“公司暂无正式回应,有消息及时同步。”据最新信息显示,孟晚舟已搭乘飞机从加拿大飞往中国,今晚将抵达深圳。孟晚舟女士在时隔将近1030天在加拿大的日子后,今天可以回家了!经中国政府不懈努力,当地时间2021年9月24日,孟晚舟女士已经乘坐中国政府包机离开加拿大,即将回到祖国,并与家人团聚。
9月25日,孟晚舟律师William W. Taylor发表声明:我很高兴孟晚舟女士与美国司法部达成了暂缓起诉协议,且该协议已获得纽约东区法院法官Ann M. Donnelly的批准。根据该协议条款,她不会被美国进一步起诉,加拿大的引渡程序将会终止。孟女士没有认罪,我们十分期待14个月后对她的指控将被完全撤销。现在,她即将重获自由,回家与家人团聚。
