
我从一毕业就给自己立下flag,要在工作5年之内做到财务总监。
了解财总的小财迷们应该都知道,我如愿了,甚至还提前了1年实现。
从一名会计小白到百亿级别的财务总监,再到现在科创企业的合伙人、董秘兼财务总监,心路历程并不容易,暗地里下了很多苦力去磨练自身的技能。
1、提升理论知识,用理论来武装实践才能举重若轻,因此我在毕业4年内下功夫考取了注册会计师、注册税务师、注册资产评估师。
2、学习数据整理的操作技能很重要,如Excel、erp软件等,做了6年财务负责人,逐渐体会到跳出数据本身去看待分析数据的能力更加重要。
3、财务主内也主外,多走出去,跟金融机构、事务所、税务机构、供应商、客户、团队交流,因为这一块的价值在财务表报上是看不出来的,只能亲自体验。
4、学会报表调整、报表美饰的手段,充分利用会计准则里边的财务估计、确认时间、权责发生制等手段合理优化财务报表。
5、成为非标财务工作的高手,防止被人工智能所淘汰。标准财务工作指的是审单、出账、核算、报表等,非标财务工作指的是资金融通、商务谈判、税收规划、成本控制、内控设计等。
6、多喝茶、多思考、沉下心来,修养自己纵观全面的大局观,才能更好去衡量取舍和拍板决断。
7、紧紧围绕公司战略去制定财务战略,并要学会及时纠偏、否定、叫停,不要好大喜功、盲目前进。
8、工作中不谈感情,更不谈私情,就事论事、只谈工作、谈观点,不谈是非、不散谣言。
9、合理授权的前提是有好的工作流程和内控机制,否则就是不负责任的授权。
10、少发制度文件,减少制度文件的修订频次,多分享实际案例和业务指导,才能让制度精髓更好落地。
11、做老板可能想做的事情,而不是做自己想做的事,提前一步替老板思考,并拿出数据辅助老板决策,比老板的期望快半步。
12、除了要善于言谈之外,还要淬炼文笔功夫,做到口笔相应。
13、汇报问题一定要带上至少3个解决方案给老板选择,哪怕老板最终另辟蹊径提了个新方案。
14、做好8小时外的时间管理,8小时外在干什么,决定了职业生涯能到多高的高度。
15、时刻保持职业怀疑,别轻信狡辩,要利用内控利器去抓住捣乱分子。
16、财务不是账房先生,而是户部尚书,两者的核心区别是经营管理思维。
