宗馥莉，女，汉族，生于1982年1月15日，2007年成立杭州宏胜饮料集团有限公司并出任总裁。宏胜饮料集团总裁、杭州娃哈哈集团公司董事长兼总经理宗庆后的女儿。

现任全国工商联常委，浙江省工商联副主席，娃哈哈集团副董事长兼总经理。2023年4月，杭州娃哈哈非常可乐饮料有限公司发生工商变更，新增宗馥莉为董事。

一、娃哈哈集团副董事长兼总经理宗馥莉人物经历

工作历程

1982年1月出生的宗馥莉，只比娃哈哈早诞生了5年。宗馥莉上小学时，娃哈哈正处于发展期，父母忙于工作，放学后她只能自己背着书包到公司食堂吃饭，在几个大学生集体宿舍间跑来跑去。

事业使得宗庆后无法分心照顾女儿，每每言及这段往事，宗庆后总是深怀疚意。

宗馥莉说，父母的生活至今很简朴，她也一直不觉得自己是一个富孩子，倒是从小生活的历练让她不得不独立处事。

1996年读完初中，宗馥莉去了美国读书。4年后，进入洛杉矶佩珀代因大学，主修国际商务。

2004年大学毕业后回国，宗庆后马上让她直接参与管理。在娃哈哈担任萧山二号基地管委会副主任，从别人看来最枯燥无聊的生产管理做起。

2005年，宗馥莉担任娃哈哈集团萧山二号基地管委会主任助理，之后历任管委会副主任、兼任杭州娃哈哈童装有限公司总经理、卡倩娜日化有限公司总经理等职位，从基层开始积累自己的经营管理之道。

2007年夏天，25岁的宗馥莉设立“馥莉慈善基金”。

2007年底，宗馥莉开始执掌宏胜集团。

其父事必躬亲的作风也体现在宗馥莉身上。她管理的萧山第二基地的员工反映说，宗馥莉是第一个到基地，最后一个离开。

宗馥莉的首次独立正式亮相是在向浙江大学教育基金会捐赠7000万元，设立“浙江大学馥莉食品研究院教育基金”的仪式上。在仪式上，她全程跟踪参与研究员课程设置、研究课程和方向制定，她说，“我要对我每一笔钱的流向和用途都清楚”。

个人历练

2016年，宗馥莉推出以自己英文名Kelly命名的全新品牌——“Kellyone”个人定制果蔬汁，并注册了宁波宏胜优品电子商务有限公司来运营。

2022年12月，卸任宏胜饮料法定代表人。2017年7月，当选浙江省商会副会长。2018年宗馥莉任娃哈哈集团品牌公关部部长。2021年12月，出任娃哈哈集团副董事长兼总经理。2022年4月，出任广元娃哈哈广发饮料有限公司董事。2022年8月，任浙江省工商联第十二届执委会副主席。中华全国工商业联合会第十三届执行委员会委员，政协第十三届浙江省委员会委员、常务委员。
