
宗馥莉,女,汉族,生于1982年1月15日,2007年成立杭州宏胜饮料集团有限公司并出任总裁。宏胜饮料集团总裁、杭州娃哈哈集团公司董事长兼总经理宗庆后的女儿。
现任全国工商联常委,浙江省工商联副主席,娃哈哈集团副董事长兼总经理。2023年4月,杭州娃哈哈非常可乐饮料有限公司发生工商变更,新增宗馥莉为董事。
一、娃哈哈集团副董事长兼总经理宗馥莉人物经历
工作历程
1982年1月出生的宗馥莉,只比娃哈哈早诞生了5年。宗馥莉上小学时,娃哈哈正处于发展期,父母忙于工作,放学后她只能自己背着书包到公司食堂吃饭,在几个大学生集体宿舍间跑来跑去。
事业使得宗庆后无法分心照顾女儿,每每言及这段往事,宗庆后总是深怀疚意。
宗馥莉说,父母的生活至今很简朴,她也一直不觉得自己是一个富孩子,倒是从小生活的历练让她不得不独立处事。
1996年读完初中,宗馥莉去了美国读书。4年后,进入洛杉矶佩珀代因大学,主修国际商务。
2004年大学毕业后回国,宗庆后马上让她直接参与管理。在娃哈哈担任萧山二号基地管委会副主任,从别人看来最枯燥无聊的生产管理做起。
2005年,宗馥莉担任娃哈哈集团萧山二号基地管委会主任助理,之后历任管委会副主任、兼任杭州娃哈哈童装有限公司总经理、卡倩娜日化有限公司总经理等职位,从基层开始积累自己的经营管理之道。
2007年夏天,25岁的宗馥莉设立“馥莉慈善基金”。
2007年底,宗馥莉开始执掌宏胜集团。
其父事必躬亲的作风也体现在宗馥莉身上。她管理的萧山第二基地的员工反映说,宗馥莉是第一个到基地,最后一个离开。
宗馥莉的首次独立正式亮相是在向浙江大学教育基金会捐赠7000万元,设立“浙江大学馥莉食品研究院教育基金”的仪式上。在仪式上,她全程跟踪参与研究员课程设置、研究课程和方向制定,她说,“我要对我每一笔钱的流向和用途都清楚”。

由于长期受到西方成熟市场经济运行和社会文化理念的影响,宗馥莉与重视人情的父亲大不相同。她更尊崇严格的规章制度,与中国人习惯含蓄表达的方式不同,她更喜欢直来直往。2022年8月,杭州娃哈哈方便食品有限公司发生工商变更,宗馥莉退出法定代表人,由祝丽丹接任。2022年12月,中华全国工商业联合会第十三届执行委员会常务委员。
个人历练

Born in January 1982, Zong Fuli was born only five years earlier than Wahaha. When Zong Fuli was in primary school, Wahaha was in a period of development, and her parents were busy with work.
