我是劳动人事学院最早的毕业生之一,选择劳动人事学院,师从我国劳动经济与人力资源泰斗赵履宽教授攻读硕士学位并留校任教,是我一生的荣幸和最明智的选择。1983年,我从中国人民大学国民经济计划专业本科毕业,开始师从赵履宽教授攻读劳动经济专业硕士生,那时人力资源管理还叫人事管理,还没有从劳动经济学科中独立出来,当时正赶上劳动人事学院成立,开始招收人事干部专修生,由于专业教师奇缺,1985年我还在攻读硕士学位时,就赶鸭子上轿登台,开始讲授《人员素质测评》及《人事管理》这两门课,开启了人力资源管理的从教生涯,并有幸和其它同事共同参与和见证了人力资源管理专业的创建与发展的全过程,使劳动人事学院的人力资源管理专业创造了若干个“第一”,1993年,教育部正式将人力资源专业列入本科生招生目录,劳动人事学院在全国率先正式招收人力资源管理专业的本科生,2003年中国人民大学劳动人事学院人力资源管理专业成为全国唯一拥有学士、硕士、博士、博士后完整培养体系的学科。为此,彭剑锋、孙健敏、文跃然、付亚和、许玉林等老师因《建设全国领先的人力资源专业模式的探索》,共同荣获2004年北京市教育成果(高等教育)二等奖。
一晃我已在劳动人事学院人力资源管理专业从教近四十年了,这四十年是中国社会经济发生巨变的四十年,是中国企业高速成长壮大的四十年,是中国企业人力资源管理理论与实践从无到有的四十年,也是我从对人力资源管理理论懵懂无知便登台上课的青年教师到对人力资源管理理论与实践有自已的思考、感悟、与创新探索己进入耳顺之年的老教师的四十年,同时也是见证了劳动人事学院的人力资源管理专业从全国率先设立到保持第一,并向世界一流迈进的人力资源管理专业人才的教学和科研基地的四十年。
近四十年的人力资源管理教学研究与咨询实践,我始终认为:
1、人力资源管理既是一门科学又是一门艺术,是科学与艺术的有机融合。
“人力资源管理是根据组织和个人发展的需要,对组织中的人力资源这一特殊的战略性资源进行有效开发、合理利用与科学管理的一系列机制、制度、流程、技术和方法的总和。”人力资源管理作为一门科学,更多地强调理性思维、结构化知识、基于大数据的算力、算法与可复制的操作性工具与技术;劳动人事学院人力资源专业为学生提供的结构化知识体系及操作性工具方法将为每一个学生确立充分的专业自信并拥有独特的专业技能,为未来参与激烈的职场竞争打下了扎实的专业基础,相对其它院校和其它专业而言,劳动人事学院毕业的学生就业机会更广,职场竞争能力更强。人力资源管理作为一门艺术更多地强调直觉思维,强调人与人的互动过程。管理的过程就是人与人、人与组织的互动过程,是一个驾驭各种矛盾关系过程,是价值观达成共识的过程,是一种情感探索和交融的过程。为此,人力资源管理专业更注重开发学生的潜能,尊重学生的个性,将课堂学习延伸到课外人与人的沟通交流活动,延伸到班级团队建没与团队学习,延伸到同一宿舍同学的人际和谐与友爱互助,劳动人事学院人力资源专业不仅教学生怎么做事,更强调怎么做人,怎么洞悉人性,理解并尊重人性,这使得劳动人事学院人力资源专业的学生更容易溶入社会、更快适应组织,人力资源专业的学生既有理性的职业形象,又有感性的人情味。
2、管理就是实践,实践是我们最伟大的老师!
人力资源管理作为一门应用科学,它来源于实践的创新与总结提炼,回归于对实践的应用与价值创造。人力资源管理学科的教师只有面向实践、深入实践去学习与探索,教授给人力资源管理本科生的知识与技能才能接地气、有质感、不落伍、有应用价值!1995年,我带领人大六位教授深入华为做咨询服务,就是从人力资源管理实践入手,在华为首次引入和实践了人力资本优先发展理论,人力资源价值创造、价值评价、价值分配三位一体价值管理循环理论,并通过华为基本法的起草,帮助华为企业家完成了战略性系统思考,使华为数万员工凝聚于华为的使命愿景,聚焦于战略,力出一孔,利出一孔,最终华为成为一个具有全球竞争力的世界级企业,华为的成功也有人力资本理论的贡献,也有扎根于管理实践沃土的人大教授的贡献,这也是我们人生引以为豪的实践成就。人大劳动人事学院人力资源专业的一个独特的风格,就是教师面向实践、深入实践,许多教师不仅有扎实的理论功底,更有丰富的实践经验,并深得企业家的认可!因此,在劳动人事学院求学,你可能会遇到许多独具个性的管理大咖,你能够有机会到知名企业的人力资源部去实践、去体验,在实践中去学习与探索,将所学的知识与技能在实践中运用,审视发现自身知识与技能方面存在的不足,涉足实践应用,你将比其它专业的学生先行一步。

I was one of the earliest graduates of the College of Labor and Personnel.
It was the honor of my life and the wisest choice for me to study for a master’s degree in the College of Labor and Personnel under Professor Zhao Lukuan. The leading master of Chinese labor economy and human resources. In 1983, I graduated from Renmin University of China, majoring in National economic planning. And began to study for a master’s degree in labor economics under Professor Zhao Lukuan. At that time, human resource management was also called personnel management, which had not been independent from the discipline of labor economics. At that time, the School of Labor and Personnel was established and began to recruit personnel cadres. In 1985, when I was still studying for my master’s degree. I rushed to the sedan chair and began to teach the two courses of “Personnel Quality Assessment” and “Personnel Management”. Which started my teaching career in human resource management.
I was fortunate to participate in and witness the whole process of the establishment and development of the major of human resource Management with other colleagues. In 1993, the Ministry of Education officially listed the major of Human resources into the undergraduate enrollment directory. And the School of Labor and Personnel took the lead in officially recruiting undergraduate students of human resources management. In 2003, the major of Human Resource Management in the School of Labor and Personnel of Renmin University of China became the only discipline in China with a complete training system for bachelor, master, doctor and post-doctor. For this reason, Peng Jianfeng, Sun Jianmin, Wen Yueran, Fu Yahe, Xu Yulin and other teachers won the second prize of Beijing Education Achievement (Higher Education) in 2004 for “Exploration of Building a National Leading Human Resources Professional Model”.
I have been teaching the major of Human Resource Management in the College of Labor and Personnel for nearly 40 years.
