针对近日“元气森林退出北海牧场股东行列”的消息，元气森林回应称，北海牧场品牌一直独立运营，此次变更是基于北海牧场实际运营情况的正常股权结构调整，品牌及业务运营一切正常。天眼查显示，1月18日，北海牧场（北京）乳品有限公司发生工商变更，全资股东元气森林（北京）食品科技集团有限公司退出，新增股东Land of Promise Group Holdings HK Limited。该公司成立于2019年6月，法定代表人吴肖，注册资本500万人民币。
