回归零售本质
- 朱晓静认为,虽然很多事情在变,但零售的本质从来没有变过。这三年一直在做的,就是把最好的商品以最高的效率用最好的价格提供给消费者。除此以外,回顾过去几年带领沃尔玛逆流而上的经历,朱晓静更多地归功于“人才+组织+文化”三位一体的打造。
领导者的必备能力
- 首先是对自己的管理。企业领导者和运动员一样,都需要保持巅峰竞技状态,而且我们面对的是更长期、更高强度的企业经营,这就需要尽可能地将自己的体力、心力和脑力等各方面配合到最好,以保证决策的质量。其次,真正优秀的领导者是能够创造希望的,在清醒状态下保持热情保持信念,然后感染、传递给组织里的每一个人,带领大家一起往前走。
工作的意义

Back to the basics of retail. Zhu Xiaojing believes that although many things are changing, the nature of retail has never changed. What we have been doing for the past three years is to provide the best goods to consumers with the highest efficiency and the best price. In addition, looking back on the past few years to lead Walmart upstream experience, Zhu Xiaojing owes more to the “talent + organization + culture” trinity to build.
Essential leadership skills. The first is the management of oneself. The meaning of work. Work is a very important part of life.
And if you don’t love your work, it’s almost as if you don’t love your life. Love is the premise of doing everything well, especially in the second half of the workplace, if there is no love, the work is difficult and easy to be limited.
The value of workplace all-ins. Promoting gender equality is definitely not a zero-sum game. When we help women escape their limited roles, we also help men, so gender equality is equally good for women and men. Gender equality and women’s empowerment require the participation of the whole society, and I believe that in the process of participation, men will also greatly expand the depth and breadth of their lives.
