【故事】浙江富源绣花机台板有限公司董事长吴增富：诚信是企业长青的“密码”

创办企业30多年来，他遵合同守信用，坚持订立合同即发货、发货之前先打款，从未拖欠过一分货款；每月15日，他准时发放员工工资，绝不拖拉延迟；他用好产品换来好口碑，以诚信经营打造企业长青的“密码”。CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

在浙江富源绣花机台板有限公司董事长吴增富的“人生辞典”里，只有一句，“只有人家欠我钱，没有我欠人家钱”。“以信为本，操守为要，内诚于心，外信于人”，吴增富以此为企业安身立命之本，带领员工一步一个脚印地朝前迈进。

走进公司大院，数百名名员工上下班井然有序，生产车间内一派繁忙景象。“干企业丢了诚信便是亏了良心，只有重合同、守信用，吐出的每一个字就是钉子，人家才愿意与你打交道、做生意。”吴增富说，坚持诚信给他带来的益处数不胜数，他甚至可以“刷脸”经营，只要是他的订单，即便没有收到一分订金，合作伙伴也会毫不犹豫优先给他发货；从他办厂就一路跟随的员工比比皆是，一大帮30年工龄的老员工成了企业的中流砥柱。

1993年，吴增富开办了浦江第一家缝纫机台板厂，设备简单设施捡漏。好学上进的吴增富不满现状，有机会就出去学习考察。有一次，他赶往上海参加国际缝纫机订货会，一台日本产绣花机台板牢牢吸住了他的双脚。电脑数控台板，点点屏幕便飞快作业，既高效又精确。他马上买了机票赶到日本，现场考察企业。

68万一台的二手机器，他咬咬牙当场就下单订购了1台。为了省钱，他就带员工一起琢磨，自己组装。功夫不负有心人，他们成功了，生产出来的台板不仅和日本公司的一模一样，而且价格却不到对方的三分之一。吴增富，成了中国电脑绣花机台板行业第一个“吃螃蟹的人”。他们的绣花机台板质量又好又便宜，一上市就受到中外客商喜爱，以至于行业遥遥领先的日韩，也转道向他们采购绣花机台板。

企业经营、市场竞争，只有发挥优势，诚以待人，才能站稳脚跟，立于不败之地。“我办了30多年企业，一块台板一做就是23年，精确度最高甚至达到了0.001米。”吴增富说，诚信经营使企业取得了长足发展。尽管生意越做越大，企业越做越强，他始终不忘初心，视诚信为生命，“哪怕当年在企业经营最困难时，我也要千方百计筹集资金，向银行贷款都要给员工优先发放工资，先支付货款给客户”。CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

2021年，吴增富的企业转型升级，从绣花机台板行业转型为化工、化纤行业。面对市场疲软、需求下滑的大环境，吴增富坚持实业毫不松懈，在他心里，对比380多位员工的饭碗问题，个人利益已忽略不计了。“只要工资发得出来，我就继续办下去，不让一位员工失业。”

30年，让吴增富坚守的不只是一块小小的台板，还有数十年来他持续奉献着的那份爱心。今年60岁的吴增富不仅担任着2家企业的法定代表人，还积极肩挑起一些分外之事，郑家坞镇乡贤会会长、商会会长等一个个头衔，都彰显着他的担当和责任。

“小时候家里穷，兄弟姐妹多，现在我条件好起来了，希望能尽己所能帮助更多的人。”吴增富说，他从木匠学徒学起，19岁进入浦江丝绸联合厂，22岁就当上了厂长，然后下海创业，成了远近闻名的致富能人。

致富不忘家乡人。吴增富连续20多年为村里300多位老人捐钱捐物140余万元，为修桥铺路及汶川大地震捐款50多万元，累计资助贫困大学生、白血病患者、贫困家庭25万元；乐于助人的他，成立了浦江县首个商会人民调解委员会，先后牵头调解各类纠纷150余件，各类纠纷化解金额逾1.65亿元，化解率100%，由此荣获浙江省第五届中国特色社会主义建设者、金华市优秀基层商会会长、浦江好人等荣誉。

今年1月，郑家坞镇“坞礼有爱”乡贤基金会成立，吴增富携手来自社会各界多名乡贤代表为家乡发展奉献爱心，共募集资金40余万元，用于村和企业内困难帮扶、优秀学子奖励，传承优良乡风，助推基层治理，促进共同富裕。
