【观点】百度集团资深副总裁梁志祥：生成式人工智能大模型为法律服务行业带来三大机遇

“大模型为法律服务行业带来的机遇与变革主要在三个方面：效率变革、知识变革和跨国合作新空间。”近日的第十次上海合作组织成员国司法部长会议期间，百度集团资深副总裁、中华全国律师协会网络与高新技术法律专业委员会主任、50人论坛委员梁志祥表达了这样的观点。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

此次论坛由司法部主办，上海市司法局、上海政法学院承办，论坛主题为“深化法律服务合作助力区域经贸发展”，分设“法律服务与经贸合作”、“运用现代科技促进法律服务现代化”两个议题。

作为科技产业的一员，梁志祥见证和参与了人工智能、大模型为法律服务行业带来的巨大变革和发展机遇。他表示，当前，生成式人工智能与大模型的爆发式发展是科技产业的最大变革。8月31日，百度文心一言首批获批上线，这是《生成式人工智能服务管理暂行办法》实施之后，国内首批获批上线的大模型产品。大模型可以造福众多普普通通的老百姓，也可以对法律专业人士带来工作上的变革。

梁志祥以能源公司建设风能发电厂为例进行解读，法律人可以利用百度文心大模型进行能源、电力等专业知识和土地使用权、环境法、建设施工规定等领域法律知识的快速、准确研究。大模型能在短时间内搜索、分析大量文档，整合交叉领域的知识，形成全面、专业的法律建议。

关于“跨国合作的新空间”，梁志祥表示，在全球化进程中，尽管经济、科技等越来越融合，但法律在各国仍存在明显差异。人工智能带来的自动化翻译、法律知识图谱构建等技术，使得法律专家能够快速、准确地理解不同国家的法律规定，并为不同国家的客户提供准确、全面的法律咨询。新技术让法律服务不再受限于地域、文化以及法律体系的差异，让法律服务的空间更加广阔。

On the “efficiency change” brought by the large model, Liang Zhixiang said that legal practitioners are freed from the cumbersome paperwork in the past through intelligence and AI, and have more time and energy to carry out in-depth interaction with clients and provide more personalized support for each client. The large model itself can understand the relevant facts and automatically identify the legal issues in order to provide the best answer. Big models inspire a “knowledge revolution.” Whoever first masters artificial intelligence and large models will be able to grasp the opportunities of the future legal service industry.
