全国人大代表、蒲源控股集团有限公司董事长兼总裁徐胜杰今年的建议聚焦于智慧建筑领域。

徐胜杰建议针对性制定有利于智慧建筑发展的扶持政策，鼓励建筑类企业自主研发、开拓创新和转型升级，完善工商、税务、人才培训等服务系统。同时加大资金支持力度，由政府牵头、吸引社会力量，设立智慧建筑专项发展基金，鼓励银行等金融机构加大对智慧建筑的支持力度，降低企业的融资成本。各地政府严格落实相关优惠政策，加强智慧建筑应用的推广，优先培育具有关键核心技术和系统解决方案能力的骨干企业，充分发挥示范项目引领带动作用，鼓励更多企业将技术应用到建筑运营管理中，提升项目精细化管理水平和运营效益，促进市场规模的扩大。
