7月22日，2024福布斯中国最佳CEO榜单公布。

据榜单显示，排名前十的最佳CEO分别为拼多多联席CEO陈磊、赵佳臻，小米CEO雷军、宁德时代CEO曾毓群、比亚迪CEO王传福、携程集团CEO孙洁、美的集团CEO方洪波、阳光电源CEO曹仁贤、海尔智家CEO李华刚、农夫山泉CEO钟睒睒和网易CEO丁磊。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

福布斯表示，今年的榜单并未特别强调CEO的排名顺序先后，前十位CEO所带领的公司在业绩考核期内股价平均上涨了47%，此外最近财务年度的净利润平均增长率也达到了170%。

不过，从完整名单图来看，拼多多的陈磊、赵佳臻排在顺位第一的位置，拼多多也以14401.0亿元的总市值位列上榜公司市值第一。

据福布斯介绍，与往年一样，福布斯中国最佳CEO榜单制作参考上市公司市值、区间股价涨跌幅、净利润及增长率、ROE等基础财务指标与股东回报指标，通过对包括A股、中资港股及境外上市中概股在内上千家上市公司的研究，挑选出综合得分排名前50位的上市公司CEO，且在最佳CEO的考察中特别关注其所在公司连续两年的经营业绩表现。

一、11位CEO重回榜单

美的集团的方洪波在时隔两年后，凭借公司出色的全球增长态势和资本市场的亮眼表现重新跻身榜单前十。同样回归并进入前十的还有小米集团的雷军。

在AI相关领域，中际旭创、新易胜、天孚通信等公司在过去12个月的市场表现都要远超大部分AI公司。其中，中际旭创在刘圣的带领下2023年归母净利润达到了21.25亿元，同比增长104.81%。

二、15位CEO连续入选

四、7位女性CEO入选

今年共有7位女性CEO入选，其中最值得关注的是海底捞的杨利娟。

自2021年临危受命以来，杨利娟在短短三年时间内将公司重新带入增长轨道。2023年，海底捞整体实现收入414.53亿元，同比增长33.6%；年内税后利润更是高达44.95亿元，同比增长约174.6%。此外，海底捞的国际业务也在去年扭亏为盈。（今年6月21日，杨利娟辞任海底捞首席执行官；并于7月1日出任特海国际CEO。）
