近日,在2023新能源行业钉峰会上,阿里云智能副总裁、阿里云智能科技研究中心主任、CCF中国数字经济50人论坛委员安筱鹏以《数字系统重构:智能时代企业蝶变的破局之刃》为主题发表演讲。
他认为中国的新能源车产业正在引领全球创新,与此同时企业面临着更加复杂、不可预测的环境。企业需要重构传统工业软件体系,构建一套实时在线、端到端、数据驱动的智能决策系统。

中国新能源产业竞争力如此之大,安筱鹏认为,是因为中国新能源产业呈现出逆加拉帕戈斯效应。
中国新能源产业是一个自我演进、迭代、进化的系统,其中最重要的特征是技术创新、产品创新的折旧度极速加快,超过其他国家。但不同于加拉帕戈斯的物种,中国的新能源产业在独立演化中不仅构建出强大的市场,还在欧洲、美国等海外市场呈现出强大的竞争力。
安筱鹏表示,这对新能源产业带来了三个挑战。

面对一个高度复杂、不可预测的环境,安筱鹏认为企业需要重构一个端到端、实时在线、数据驱动的业务系统。目前,物美、特斯拉、美的等企业纷纷构建了一套以自己为主开发的系统和解决方案。
在体系架构大迁移时代下,安筱鹏认为首先要重构概念体系。“过去三十年走过来的ERP、CRM等,是一个旧地图,现在这个时代是按照需求、场景和角色去定义的”。

其中,钉钉的PaaS平台提供了非常丰富的组件模块工具和方法,可以帮助企业把传统技术架构牵引到新的解决方案。

Faced with a highly complex and unpredictable environment, An Xiaopeng believes that enterprises need to reconstruct an end-to-end, real-time online, data-driven business system.
