成立25年来,中哲集团风雨兼行,坚持守正创新、开拓进取,始终保持着敢想敢做,不断成长、不断挑战的精神。在杨和荣看来,中哲集团是“八八战略”背景下逐步成长发展起来的一艘巨轮,时代的大风大浪没有淹没中哲集团,反而让它踏浪而歌,一路前行。
一、拔节而上,开拓新路
在宁波,很多企业都是外贸起家,中哲集团也不例外。1998年,宁波合和进出口有限公司成立,这是中哲集团的前身。
2007年,对中哲集团来说是最难忘的一年。这一年,宁波中哲控股有限公司成立,开启了以实业和产业投资并重的综合型集团化管理模式。同样是在这一年,中哲集团创立了服装品牌GXG。
“2010年张勇(阿里巴巴集团董事会原主席、CEO)来宁波邀请GXG上线淘宝商城(现称“天猫”)”宁波好几家本土服装企业都在受邀之列,但线上销售模式,当时很多人并不看好。杨和荣清晰记得,当时张勇说的话——“面向品牌与零售商的第三方商业平台淘宝商城(现称“天猫”)上线,与淘宝相辅相成,这是我们阿里业务模式的一次重大升级。在天猫,我们要推旗舰店,GXG的目标人群就是年轻人,年轻人上网多,非常适合这种模式。”

然而在服装行业闯出一片天的杨和荣,并没有沉浸在舒适圈里,他开始带领企业朝着新的领域迈步。2017年,中哲集团旗下宁波中哲物产有限公司成立,以农产品、能源化工、金属等大宗商品及其制品的批发和零售为主营业务。
根据宏观环境,及时调整企业发展方向,这需要企业家有精准的目光,更要有强劲的行动力。“企业发展路上,总会面临荆棘密布的时候,我们需要有前瞻性,提前想好退路。”杨和荣说,因为劳动力成本上升,服装成本增加,中哲集团在几年前就“腾笼换鸟”,把服装企业迁往省外。“早在6年前,中哲集团就把最大的服装生产企业移到了淮安,今年又在河南新建厂房,招工规模达3000人。”杨和荣认为,企业发展不可能一帆风顺,要做的就是提前预判“暗礁急流”。

2021年,浙江中哲新能源有限公司成立,以锂离子电池为基础,开展“新能源+储能”、微电网等规划、设计、投资、运维等业务,中哲新能源筑梦光储可持续之路,引领能源创新。

二、发展路,是学习路更是创新路
作为一个涉猎多领域的企业,“学习”是一件融入中哲集团骨血的事情。
