【观点】重庆长安汽车股份有限公司党委书记、董事长朱华荣：尽快建设大型驾乘模拟器

全国人大代表，重庆长安汽车股份有限公司党委书记、董事长朱华荣，两会前夕向中华工商时报记者表示，中国已成为世界最大的汽车生产国和销售市场，伴生海量中国驾驶场景及用户数据，对车辆被动安全、智驾安全、信息安全领域提出更多挑战。朱华荣建议应尽快建设集成车、路、云全交通要素在环的未来交通混合现实大科学装置（大型驾乘模拟器），填补我国在该领域的暂时空白。

朱华荣认为，未来智慧交通系统中，人、车（含自动驾驶汽车、传统人驾车、机器人、飞行器等）、路、云耦合，将伴生复杂交通场景恶性事故、大规模网络入侵与操控等新风险新问题。他表示，当前各汽车强国均已建成或在建集成车、路、云全交通要素在环的未来交通混合现实大科学装置（大型驾乘模拟器），将上述问题在实验室环境中安全、可控的复现、分析与解决，我国在该领域暂时还是空白。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

朱华荣表示，研究并建设该大型科学装置，有助于研究并形成芯片、OS、V2X、自动驾驶、AI算法、人形机器人等未来智慧交通重点领域的国家及行业标准，有助于筑牢功能安全、预期功能安全、信息安全、协同防护等关键技术，有助于加速中国全等级自动驾驶商业化进程，有助于保障人民生命财产安全、支撑国家国防及经济安全。

但目前我国在该领域仍处于起步阶段，面临诸多问题。现阶段国内各企业、高校、科研平台已建、在建或正规划建设多台套中小型驾乘模拟装置，重复低水平建设及研究造成资金、人力、时间等资源浪费，致使效率低下、技术分散，阻碍真正有价值的成果的出现。此外，现阶段各已建及在建中小型驾乘模拟装置采用美、日、欧等国成套系统，软硬件高度依赖国外供应商，带来数据安全、技术安全、经济安全等风险。

朱华荣建议，应充分发挥体制机制优势，以顶层设计推动大装置建设。联合多方建立产学研用融通平台，依托平台共建共用国际领先的驾乘模拟大科学装置及配套软件库、场景库，并将项目纳入国家重点科技基础设施规划，以保障资源投入。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

At this stage, domestic enterprises, universities, and research platforms have built, are under construction, or are planning to build multiple sets of small and medium-sized driving simulation devices, and repeated low-level construction and research have caused a waste of funds, manpower, time and other resources, resulting in low efficiency and technology dispersion, and hindering the emergence of truly valuable results. In addition, at this stage, the small and medium-sized driving simulation devices that have been built or are under construction use complete sets of systems from the United States, Japan, Europe and other countries, and the hardware and software are highly dependent on foreign suppliers, bringing data security, technical security, economic security and other risks.

Zhu Huarong suggested that the advantages of the system and mechanism should be given full play to promote the construction of large installations with top-level design.
