一、“面对生命、唯有良心”,!实干助力六稳六保
在抗击新冠肺炎疫情的斗争中,物美集团和党委团结带领广大干部职工,始终把群众需求放在第一位,全力以赴保价格、保质量、保供应。我们提出“面对生命、唯有良心”核心价值观,得到了中央政治局委员、北京市委书记蔡奇的高度肯定。1月22日,我出席全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情民营经济先进个人表彰大会,受到汪洋主席、尤权部长、高云龙主席接见,让我感受到党和组织的温暖。2月5日,蔡奇书记视察物美,称赞物美“防疫保供始终做得好”,!更加坚定了我们积极参与疫情防控、稳价保供的信心与决心。CXO UNION-CXO联盟cxounion.cn
疫情期间,物美每天要服务几十万顾客。我们把将员工的保障防护作为开展所有工作的基础和关键,做到了物美所有员工“零感染”!连续印发30版门店安全规定,严格自身防疫和健康管理。在物资紧缺的关键时期,向一线员工发放了69.7万只口罩、19.1万副手套、1万件防护服、200台血氧仪,首批就设立了200万元专项基金,奖励给一线的奋斗者。
积极助力餐饮企业、小微企业保就业。物美克服自身困难主动为中小商户减免租金,并采用“共享员工”模式,安排十多家餐饮企业1100多名员工临时到物美工作,并足额支付工资,保障安全。在全国设立6200多个社区“抗疫提货站”,开创末端配送新模式,与面临停业的夫妻店、水站、洗衣店、房产中介合作,雪中送炭带来一单两元钱的收入。CXO UNION-CXO联盟cxounion.cn

二、实体经济数字化,包容发展稳就业
当前,实体店面临巨大挑战。我们认为,实体店要生存,一定要经历数字化转型,更好地体现用户需求,必须是包容性的发展模式。如果单纯用新模式替代老模式,必然会造成原有店铺关门、员工下岗。CXO UNION-CXO联盟cxounion.cn
物美与全渠道零售数字平台“多点”合作,数字化改造升级现有实体店,复用员工、供应链资源,坚定不移走实体经济数字化、线上线下一体化、包容性发展的道路。“多点+物美”模式已经推广到全国120多个零售企业,帮助1.3万家实体店数字化转型。同时,数字化转型也带来了新就业:服务的数字化,体现在北京物美每天有5500多名拣货员、2000多名配送小哥辛勤工作,为消费者提供手机APP下单、30分钟送达的到家服务,商品的数字化,如深受欢迎的物美“每日鲜”包装菜、净瞠活鱼,创造了生鲜加工厂530多个就业岗位,供应链的数字化,提高了产销对接的效率,带动了上游产地加工、包装发展和就业,让百姓吃得更放心、更方便、更新鲜。

三、心中有春天,人生就充满阳光
我是一名有着特殊经历的企业家。2018年5月31日,我十二年的冤案彻底平反。物美再出发做的一件大事,就是投入1亿元专项资金,为物美员工赋影解忧,包括加强培训,提高能力,改善生活条件,支持员工创业创新。去年,物美发展学院组织各种培训4万人次。物美开展股权激励,向持续奋斗者倾斜,已有千余人成为股东,共享企业发展成果。2005年,物美。
捐资600万元设立了“阳光助学金”,已连续15年对千余名考上大学的门店员工子女给予资助。我们着力搭建消费扶贫示范性销售平台,把十几个省的扶贫产品引进北京,收到了良好的社会反响。去年8月,全国总工会王东明主席还来到物美首农扶贫超市开展调研。物美也是就业扶贫的受益者,每年深入贫困地区进行招聘,仅去年一年就有1800多名员工来自对口支援地区,并经过岗位技能、管理能力等综合培训,担任门店经理、技工等岗位。去年9月,我们还与退役军人事务部达成就业合作,每年提供100个岗位专招自主就业退役军人,努力帮助更多人实现创业创新的生活梦想。CXO UNION-CXO联盟cxounion.cn

On January 22, I attended the National Commendation Conference for advanced Individuals in the private economy in the fight against COVID-19. During the pandemic, Wumart served hundreds of thousands of customers a day. We take employee protection as the foundation and key to carry out all work. And achieve “zero infection” for all employees of Wumart! 30 editions of store safety regulations have been issued continuously. And their own epidemic prevention and health management have been strictly enforced. In the critical period of material shortage, 697,000 masks, 191,000 pairs of gloves, 10,000 protective suits. Actively help catering enterprises, small and micro enterprises to ensure employment.
Wumart overcame its own difficulties and took the initiative to reduce rent for small and medium-sized businesses. At present, physical stores face great challenges. We believe that in order to survive, physical stores must undergo digital transformation. The “multi-point + Wumart” model has been promoted to more than 120 retail enterprises across the country, helping 13,000 physical stores to digitally transform.
