
2019年9月,我走进了朝阳区养老服务指导中心:一幢朴素又温馨的大楼,地上五层,地下一层。
一位漂亮的小姑娘简单介绍后,一位帅气的小伙子带我参观。我问到了经营规模、老人状况等,小伙子反应迅速、数据清晰,心里一本清账。
还没到三层,就听到了欢快的吹拉弹唱。楼层之间写着:“愿爷爷奶奶快乐地度过每一天!”推门进去,大厅里是银发欢乐的海洋,虽然其中不乏轮椅触目。爷爷奶奶们满脸孩子般的笑,看演出呢!
过道两侧老人们的房间,干净整洁。门口有插着小花儿的可爱风门牌,标注内容,比我们平时在医院看到的都详细:床位、姓名、性别、年龄、护理级别、疾病、饮食、入院时间,一应俱全。
一打眼,我看到的是一位老奶奶的门牌,89岁哦!
这里就是爱侬了。准确说,是爱侬的一小部分。
爱侬在北京甚至是全国,都很有名。早年间,“保姆”的分类还没有那么明晰,不论月嫂、育婴嫂、护理员、保洁员……只要有需要,找爱侬,总没错儿。和爱侬一起有名的,就是爱侬的“当家人”穆丽杰。坐公车,都能碰到不认识的人招呼“穆总”给座位,原来是爱侬帮助过的人。
后来,爱侬又专门为养老布局、投入、发展,才有了今天的银发乐园。
参观完,见到穆丽杰,我内心第一反应:事业果真是女人的最佳保养品。
58岁的女人,皮肤、体态,像40多岁的。再加上爱侬成功上市,哈,还得减5岁。
穆丽杰特别像咱北京的一种大姐:漂亮、利落、讲究、周到、有板有眼。
美人的故事,一般都有生趣。

一、从香山脚下的小女孩到卖红叶的女郎
穆丽杰1961年出生在香山脚下,父亲是巨山农场的一名工人。农场直属中央办公厅。儿时印象最深刻的一件事,有一天父亲开心捧着半个瓜回家。原来是外国友人送给毛主席的芒果,毛主席让发给工人和家属分享。
小穆丽杰轻轻地舔一口这从没见过的水果:真甜!
1980年,穆丽杰考入国家机械工业部邢台机械学校经济管理专业。
穆丽杰是个有心的女孩,太多人把上学的专业都丢到九霄云外了,而穆丽杰所学的“经济管理”,却指导了她的一生。
1983年,穆丽杰被分配到北京重型电机厂计划科。计划经济下,拥有8000多人的国有企业。很快,穆丽杰顺畅地走上了快行道:
在那里,穆丽杰在实践中,学到了正规的企业管理流程与方法,养成了有板有眼的作风;
在那里,穆丽杰找到了自己的另一半,结婚、成家、生子;
在那里,穆丽杰感受到了计划经济特性的种种制约,心有所动……
香山脚下长大的女孩,对香山红叶最熟悉不过。
突然有一天,穆丽杰萌生想法:把这红叶做成纪念品,卖给游客,这不就是上学学的“经济活动”吗?
采访中,穆丽杰这一点特别醒目,她每一次突发奇想,事业版图打开,都有小女孩的新奇:咦?这现实中的“新大陆”和专业课讲过的“新大陆”,映照上了呢!我要试一试。
直接说穆丽杰卖红叶的结果吧:1988年,穆丽杰拉着街坊们一起卖红叶,收入13万元。
那个年代,大多数人都明白“万元户”是个什么稀缺概念。
那时,穆丽杰已经是3岁孩子的年轻妈妈了。孩子的落生,会让妈妈成长。只是没想到,穆丽杰成长得这样快:“我不能被‘计划’一辈子,我要自己干点什么,我要自己安排自己的人生。”
穆丽杰的妈妈察觉到了女儿的心思,苦口婆心:“好歹你也是国家干部,有一个铁饭碗,别人都羡慕得不得了!”
穆丽杰主意很大,看看自己已经驼背的师傅,想想自己在厂里一眼看到头的生活,1989年5月,提出辞职……
二、从个体户,到人大代表
穆丽杰辞职的那几年,正是我国个体经济发展的黄金期。“个体户们”如雨后春笋,数量过千万。西单、秀水街、东单等地,如春潮涌动。
1988年4月,国家通过了《宪法》修正案,增加了“私营经济是社会主义公有制经济的补充”内容。
这一下,北京的个体生意更加街知巷闻了。生意也往往到这个状态,就没那么好做了。
穆丽杰辞职后,做过很多尝试,包括写小说,最后,她还是选择了服装。而且很敏锐,在北京服装生意趋于饱和时,开始跑南方,广州。
吃了很多苦,穆丽杰的服装生意,风生水起。
但仅仅两三年,穆丽杰又不满足服装经营了,套路都熟悉了,学的经济管理基本用不上多少。而且,忙于生意,家和孩子都照顾不过来。
有一天,她突发奇想,要有一个为家庭提供服务的公司该多好!
好了,爱侬的种子——爱侬家庭服务社,孕育、发芽了。
这里面有一个小插曲,非常有时代特色:当初,穆丽杰去工商局注册,第一次去,工商局都不知道“家庭服务”是干啥的;第二次去,工商局同志还为她担心呢:试着注册吧,会有家庭需要吗?会有家庭需要吗?当然有,搬家、改衣服、通炉子、伺候病人……需要很多,有时琐碎到匪夷所思。付出了不少,但是穆丽杰生生不知道怎么收钱!
后来,一起干的朋友,都跑了,剩下穆丽杰孤军奋战。
直到有一天,一个卖臭豆腐的妇女,点醒了她。
卖臭豆腐的妇女在穆丽杰这里登了记,希望有机会可以接一些散活儿。很快,穆丽杰把一个商场需要保洁员的信息给了卖臭豆腐的妇女。
不久,人家穿着保洁员的制服开开心心找回来了,非要给穆丽杰30元钱,说是谢谢她,工作干得很好,一家三口的生活费不愁了。
穆丽杰思路一下子点亮了:信息服务,可以挣钱!
穆丽杰深有感慨:“依我们当时的能力,根本无法做派遣式家政服务,从事中介式服务以后,爱侬终于打开了局面。创业的每一步都是探索,今天看来很自然、很简单的一个道理或方法,在当时家政服务业一无所知的情况下,都是需要从无数次教训和失败中总结出来的。”
好的商业模式,就像星星之火,燎原是必然。
爱侬的一对一的精准服务,与实打实的回访、解决问题,让优质可信的口碑,像长了翅膀,飞向大江南北。每年春节一过,外来务工人员,会里三层外三层“包围”爱侬……
到2008年底,爱侬共有了36家分公司,遍布北京市城区,员工160多人,累计提供家庭服务员8万人次、钟点工10万人次。
穆丽杰积极创业,不计成本与付出,解决了很多外来务工人员、下岗人员的就业问题,同时又满足了千家万户的实际需要,真正做到了为政府分忧。
自然而然,荣誉纷至沓来:爱侬成了明星企业——被主流媒体关注,被誉为家政业领跑者;穆丽杰成了明星企业家——市区级先进工作者,“双好”青年,光彩之星,北京市工商联执委,北京市第十一届、十二届人大代表……
当时的穆丽杰,已经非常稳健:“不论爱侬将来怎么发展,都离不开这个圈;就算从独木舟变成航空母舰,我们也驶不出家政业这片海。”
十年过去了,2019年,爱侬变成航空母舰了吗?
三、从上市公司董事长到北京老人的贴心人
其实,让爱侬变航空母舰的想法,2011年穆丽杰就有了。
只是,尚不清楚,具体什么样子。
2011年,爱侬被授予了“全国家庭服务行业知名品牌”荣誉称号。
穆丽杰琢磨:家政行业的社会认同度、行业规范化不高,都是现实存在的问题。如何深耕服务领域?如何突破瓶颈?
在此期间,各级领导对家政行业及爱侬的发展,都很关注,并明确指出:爱侬从事的是创新型现代服务业。
一语点醒梦中人。穆丽杰带领爱侬,进驻中关村石景山园,成为家政行业首家高新技术企业,自主研发家政信息系统(HIMS),开设爱侬服务商城,试水互联网家庭服务的O2O模式……
2013年,国家全面开放养老服务市场,穆丽杰率领爱侬与朝阳区政府携手,以共建国家养老服务综合改革试点区、建设北京市养老服务社会化示范区为政策背景,合作建成了国内首家社会化养老服务指导中心。有机融合了家政服务与养老服务,形成了服务全覆盖链的家政养老服务发展模式。

2017年,爱侬登陆了新三板,被评为“2019中国新三板未来之星”;

四、从投身公益的企业家到慈爱祖母案公布
穆丽杰看上去温婉,甚至有些瘦弱;做事,却有铁肩担当,格局开阔。
2012至2014年期间,穆丽杰设立了“百万基金”,奖励优秀家政服务人员; 2013年,爱侬获得了首批“首都学雷锋志愿服务站”的荣誉称号;
2015年起,爱侬积极开展社会扶贫工作;
2016至2017年间,爱侬职业技能培训学校共接收了来自贫困山区近千名的农民工,15天免费就业培训,积极安排分配就业,跟踪回访,专业指导,真正实现“培训一人,就业一人,脱贫一户”的目的;
这两年,爱侬还在门头沟、怀柔、延庆、密云、通州、朝阳、海淀、丰台、东城建了30多家社区驿站,为居民解决各种问题……

穆丽杰在英国留学多年的儿子,也回归了。

穆丽杰回应:“孙子孙女很可爱,老伴儿也总让我不要工作了。公司有事喊我,我还会来,社会上也还有一些责任要承担。”还真是,除了那些协会职务,穆丽杰还是北京市政府特邀建议人。
离开时,我跟她夸奖带我参观公司的小伙儿,脑子里有公司的一本清账,爱侬的后生可畏。
