【CEO故事】北京金刚游戏科技股份有限公司董事长李柳军：掌握核心技术，坚持做民族原创游戏开发商

今年是中华人民共和国成立70周年，是全面建成小康社会的关键之年。70年风雨兼程，70年发展变化，广大非公经济人士在中国共产党的领导下，开拓创新、艰苦奋斗，取得了显著成绩。作为年轻一代的民营企业家，我自己的成长和企业的发展同样得益于这个开放的时代，得益于国家的强大。我深刻意识到青年人肩负的历史使命，心中倍感光荣，也深知责任重大。

1995年，我毕业于湖北工业大学，1999年在美国获得MBA学位。从事互联网创业19年，有成功，也有失败，走上游戏引擎研发和网络游戏开发是源于一次创业失败。2002年时我开始进入游戏行业，当时中国的自主开发能力比较弱，基本上是从韩国进口游戏；我也随大流从韩国代理了一款网络游戏；结果当我投入了所有积蓄准备运营时，那个游戏的开发公司倒闭了。由于没有核心技术，无法维护游戏版本，我的这家游戏公司不得不宣布关门。这件事情对我的触动很大，我下定决心一定要掌握游戏开发技术，走原创开发的道路。

北京金刚游戏科技股份有限公司是我创立的专业从事网络游戏开发和发行运营的公司。游戏开发领域核心的技术是游戏引擎，中国公司在这个方面起步比较晚，一直是被欧美的几个厂家垄断。要开发出自主产权的好游戏，必须要搞懂引擎技术，于是我们就从游戏引擎这个最难啃的骨头开始。由于引擎开发过程中完全没有收入、能否研发出来也存在巨大的不确定性，加上这个领域的人才稀缺，在最初的几年内金刚游戏举步维艰，由于许多的不确定性，融资也非常困难，我们经常出现断粮，几个月发不起工资，经常要靠我东拼西凑借钱度日。在最艰难的时候，核心团队跟我一起坚守，我们相互支撑、从不放弃、立志要做中国原创游戏的先行者和开拓者，到了2013年各项核心技术取得了突破，其中有13项核心渲染技术都达到或者超越了国际水平，公司迎来了“柳暗花明又一村”的全新局面。有了核心技术后，我们迅速开始了游戏产品的研发，由于技术优势我们的游戏产品的品质都非常高，开发周期相对较短，金刚游戏迅速崛起，成为目前业内较有影响的游戏开发商。另一方面，借助引擎的优势，金刚游戏在2015年也开始了主机游戏的研发，而且一开始就购买了国际化的顶级IP“功夫熊猫”来开发主机游戏，虽然还处在研发阶段，这个游戏的品质已经获得了国际游戏巨头们的青睐和肯定。

在创业期间，工商联和相关政府部门都给予了金刚游戏极大的支持和鼓励，为我们梦想的腾飞插上了翅膀。2012年，正是金刚游戏最困难的时候，在东城区工商联的一次活动中，我认识了北京易生创新科技股份有限公司的总经理刘文斌先生，从此开始了一段有点传奇色彩的商界联姻。在东城区工商联和区有关部门的努力和协调下，2013年金刚游戏和易生创新实现了新三板首例并购重组，对金刚游戏而言解决了发展上资金的瓶颈，对于易生创新来说解决了传统业务迅速下滑带来的发展困境。重组后的易生创新更名为金刚游戏，先后进行了5次定向增发，融资5亿人民币，或收购或投资多家公司，完成了金刚游戏全产业链的布局。2014年时，北京市科委资助了金刚游戏300万用于游戏引擎的完善和升级，这对于我们的开发人员来说，也是莫大的鼓励和肯定。有了工商联和政府部门的支持，金刚游戏的发展进入了快车道，在坚持民主原创游戏的道路上不断做大做强。目前金刚游戏拥有全渠道、全平台的发行和运营能力，形成了研运一体的“闭环”模式。金刚游戏已经成为业内集游戏开发、发行、运营于一体的大型游戏公司。

在创业过程中，还有个很深的体会就是“民族的就是世界的”，经过近10年的发展，中国的游戏行业已经由原来的完全依赖进口内容的模式转变为出口大国。2017年公司设立了海外发行事业部，专注于拓展海外的独立游戏市场，在Steam，PlayStation等平台发行推广国内最优秀的独立游戏，同时也在孵化数款与国内著名制作人合作研发的精品独立游戏。过去我们很多人是在舶来文化中长大，打小看日漫、美漫，玩欧美的一些游戏；中国有五千年的文明，不是中国没有文化内容，而是缺少能把中国的文化按照现代人的娱乐需求传承下去的载体。以前中国运营商天天去韩国、欧美等国家去寻求游戏来代理，现在我们的游戏还在开发阶段就已经被国外的运营商签约，形势反转的背后是中国一批游戏公司坚持理想信念、坚持自主创新的努力的结果，也是我们国家综合国力提升的一个细节体现，文化实力就是一个国家的软实力！

作为一个年轻的创业者，我深深的感触：我们的成功离不开国家的富强和崛起！我们庆幸自己生活在一个伟大的时代，一个中华民族伟大复兴的时代！我们一定不辜负以习近平总书记为核心的党中央对我们年轻一代民营企业家的亲切关怀和殷切希望，坚持爱国敬业、坚持守法经营、坚持回报社会，努力实现我们个人和企业的“小梦想”！而我们每个人实现自己小梦想的过程，也必将是中华民族实现伟大复兴的过程！
