要求：
1，企业在全球设立分支机构的国家（地区）不少于3个，包含总部在中国或总部在国外的企业
2，个人现任或曾就职跨国型企业时间超过2年
3，IT管理岗位
Requirements
1, the company has established branches in the world in no less than 3 countries (regions), including the headquarters in China or headquarters in foreign enterprises
2. The individual is currently or has worked for a multinational enterprise for more than 2 years
