梁柱,腾讯音乐娱乐集团CEO,公司董事会成员,主要负责QQ音乐业务线、酷狗业务线、酷我业务线以及长音频业务线的管理工作。加入TME之前,梁柱自2016年担任腾讯集团副总裁。2014年至2016年期间担任QQ音乐总经理。梁柱于2003年加入腾讯,拥有丰富和广泛的产品及运营经验,曾在腾讯公司负责QQ、QQ空间、天天P图、QQ音乐、全民K歌、优图实验室、在线教育、腾讯文档等业务。梁柱此前任职于华为公司。
梁柱2003年毕业于天津大学,获得信号与信息处理专业博士研究生学位。

人物履历Ross(梁柱)毕业于天津大学,此前曾任职于华为公司。2003年10月加入腾讯。
2013年,Ross(梁柱)担任社交平台部第一负责人,在QQ空间的高速发展中,对空间好友互动模式的演进和移动化改造做出了较大贡献。
2014年,Ross(梁柱)担任社交网络事业群社交平台部总经理(总经理级别)、兼任数字音乐部总经理。Ross带领QQ音乐强势发展,推动搜索结果优化、乐库完善、歌词追踪与翻译体验等创新,着力提升产品体验细节;并在检测盗版与取证工具的建设,付费专辑与粉丝经济等商业化探索方面,对中国音乐行业的整体发展升级有很大的帮助。尤其在QQ音乐大平台上不断创新,推出全民K歌后深耕唱歌体验,促进好友、歌友间社交互动,DAU远远超过竞争对手,成为行业绝对领先者。
2016年,Ross(梁柱)晋升为公司副总裁。Ross持续保持着对人工智能技术的持续关注和投入,帮助优图团队持续投入机器学习与深度学习在图片与音乐上的应用。
2018年至今,Ross(梁柱)担任腾讯公司PCG平台与内容事业群-公司副总裁、QQ负责人,兼任PCG平台与内容事业群社交平台产品部和社交应用产品部第一负责人,同时兼管PCG平台与内容事业群社交娱乐产品部、ISUX用户体验设计部。
2019年,Ross(梁柱)在腾讯全球数字生态大会上表示:QQ将围绕八亿活跃用户,充分发挥自己的年轻力量,深度融合社交和和内容,与各个行业和产品深度结合,共创用户价值,让QQ平台传递有趣生活,传承传统文化,传播社会责任。
2020年11月20日,Ross(梁柱)在2020QQJOY嘉年华上表示:多元、不断创新的个性化产品功能为QQ的“年轻沟通”创造了丰富的土壤,而这个“年轻沟通”不仅是沟通的人年轻,而是沟通方式、沟通内容都年轻。今天在QQ里,正在孕育和催生着很多有趣而独特的年轻文化,甚至可能超出我们的想象。
2021年4月15日,腾讯音乐娱乐集团宣布进行管理层调整,任命梁柱为新CEO、董事,2021年4月15日起生效。
2022年1月11日消息,现任腾讯音乐娱乐集团副总裁侯德洋因个人原因即将辞任,其负责的国际化业务由腾讯音乐娱乐集团CEO梁柱亲自负责。据知情人士透露,本次梁柱亲自带队国际化业务,显示出腾讯音乐对产品出海的重视程度,未来腾讯音乐将持续加大国际化业务的探索和投入力度。
