上海电气总裁黄瓯跳楼自杀，曾大力推动数字化转型，任CTO、经信委副主任

黄瓯，温州人，70后，九十年代上海交大本硕，是一位名副其实的高材生。

毕业后进入上海电气，传闻其29岁就担任厂长，年少有为，是一名技术型领导。

一、大力提倡并推动数字化转型

40岁那年，黄瓯升职为上海电气首席技术官（CTO）。

他在电气内部口碑一直不错，2016年去上海市经信委任职做了两年副主任。

他在任职期间曾经向媒体介绍过上海智能网联汽车产业发展基本情况，还就上海特斯拉是否会进行技术转让发表观点：技术转让是企业与企业的协议磋商事情。

经信部门的这两年的经历想必让他对数字化转型有了深刻的认知。

2018年挂职结束后，他回上海电气担任董事、总裁，时年47岁，在集团内部主抓和大力推动数字化转型。CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

2020年10月黄瓯在电气集团数字化转型人才高级研修班上从数字化转型的必要性、数字化的商业本质以及打造“工业三角生态”三个方面深刻阐述了企业数字化转型的含义与路径。

数字化的商业本质是服务、是赋能。制造业转型的趋势是同步开展服务化和数字化，要通过物质数据化、业务软件化、数据流动来实现智能运营；数字化转型要形成对外赋能的产业，打造产品服务化和服务产品化的“工业三角生态”。

数字化转型要从观念开始，希望电气集团员工能够转变观念，提高认识、取得共识，合力推动集团从传统制造向智能制造及数字化转型发展。

2020年12月黄瓯出席上海人民电器厂智能制造一期工程—数字化产线投产仪式，提出要在数字化产线的基础上实现数字化运营，进一步用好数字化技术，推动研发到交付和服务各个环节的产品、设备、产线和运营系统的数字直连，用数据支持决策，用数据驱动业务，用数据优化运营。打造长三角地区乃至全国领先的智能制造灯塔工厂。

在任期间，黄瓯还推动“上海电气-西门子能源智慧能源赋能中心项目”的落地，全力打造智能装备、工业互联网、智慧供应链构成的“工业三角生态”。

今年6月11黄瓯调研上辅临港工厂了解辅机板块数字化转型发展情况，提出数字化建设的根本目的在于市场、业务驱动，企业要聚焦核心能力，通过抽象化，形成自己的最核心竞争力，形成自己的数字化思路和数字文化。CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

除了内部推动数字化转型，黄瓯还大力推动工业互联网生态建设，2020年担任上海市工业互联网协会会长。

在协会成立时，黄瓯表示，工业互联网是数字转型的基石、新型工业化的基础、未来产业生态的核心。从21年7月中国工业互联网研究院院长徐晓兰调任工信部副部长，可以看出国家对工业互联网的重视程度。

黄瓯最后一次出现在公众视野是出席7月10日举行的2021世界人工智能大会闭幕式。

通过这些言论和行为，可以看出黄瓯对数字化转型的理解非常深刻，而且身体力行践行数字化转型，是一个很有远见的实践型管理者。

如果不出意外，黄瓯将是上海电气的下一任董事长和一把手。

二、子公司暴雷与自杀风波

然而，几天前传来不幸消息，黄瓯在7 月 30 日割腕自尽，所幸当时发现及时，被抢救过来了，没过几天，8 月 5 日在家里从8层跳楼自尽。

事情缘由要隋田力“专网通信”事件引发的一场风暴说起。

2021年4月7日，中央纪委国家监委官网发布消息称，上海电气原副总裁吕亚臣涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受上海市纪委监察委纪律审查和监察调查。

5月30号上海电气发布公告提示，控股子公司上海电气通讯技术有限公司出现应收账款普遍逾期的状况，应收账款余额为86.72亿元，存在大额应收账款无法收回的风险。除此之外，上海电气向通讯公司提供的77.66亿元股东借款，也可能无法收回。CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

意思很简单，子公司暴雷了，是个大雷，大到差不多要亏损母公司两年的净利润。

上海电气50余家子公司里，电气通讯排最后一名，账面价值在上海电气当年1620亿元总资产里的占比只有万分之一。是一个小的不能再小的儿子，估计没有分析师会在年报里留意这家公司。

纪委迅速出手，7月份电气集团一把手董事长郑建华因涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受上海市纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。

这场隋田力“专网通信”事件风暴从5月份，延续了3个月，还在继续。

从6月开始，因为贸易融资坏账风暴而牵扯到的A股上市公司已达15家：宏达新材、瑞斯康达、国瑞科技、中天科技、汇鸿集团、凯乐科技、中利集团……  

总金额高达900亿！！！

上市公司资金以预付货款的方式流向供应商，若干时间之后，供应商或其隐性关联方，将资金通过一层或多层下游客户，以销售回款的方式回流上市公司。短期内，上市公司业绩得到了提升。但当操盘者资金闭环断裂，上市公司的风险便彻底暴露。

有人称这是A股有史以来最大的资金骗局。

不知黄瓯是否因为此事受到牵连，还是其他什么原因，黄瓯在自杀前并未留下任何只言片语或者遗书，因此连家人也不知道自杀缘由。

自杀前黄瓯也并未被公开立案调查。

这一切目前陷入一片谜团。

黄瓯的妻子对媒体称：我的诉求不是说要证明我老公的清白，我的诉求是要知道我老公犯了什么错。你说他（犯了）什么罪，我认，但要把证据拿出来，彻查。如果他犯错了、犯罪了，给国家、社会、股民带来任何损失，我认。我把房子卖了，把我所有理财产品、金融产品卖了（来弥补国家社会股民的损失）。

The two years’ experience in the economic and information technology department must have given him a deep understanding of digital transformation.

In 2018, at the age of 47, he returned to Shanghai Electric as a director and president, taking charge of and vigorously promoting digital transformation within the group.

On May 30, Shanghai Electric announced that its holding subsidiary, Shanghai Electric Communication Technology Co., LTD., was generally overdue in receivables. I sold my house and all my wealth management products and financial products (to make up for the loss of state and social investors).
