据《银行科技研究社》了解,季明出生于1962年,理学/法学学士,2015年5月至2022年9月任江苏银行行长。
曾任南京市委政策研究室党群处正科级秘书,江苏省委组织部市县干部处办公室正科级组织员,江苏省委组织部办公室副处级巡视员,江苏省委组织部办公室副主任,江苏省委组织部干部一处副处长、青年干部处处长,江苏银行副监事长、党委副书记、纪委书记、党委委员、副行长,兼总行营业管理部总经理。现任江苏银行执行董事、行长、党委副书记。
葛仁余现任江苏银行党委副书记、副行长、首席信息官。
一、副行长兼CIO升任行长
据悉,葛仁余出生于1965年10月生,大学本科学历,高级工程师。
曾任建行南京分行计算机处科员、科技处处长助理、副处长,建行江苏省分行营业部运行中心经理、信息技术管理部总经理,南京银行信息技术部总经理。
2013年8月,葛仁余任江苏银行信息科技部总经理,2017年任首席信息官,在该职务上任职已经5年多,2018年初升任总行副行长。2022年9月,拟任省委管理领导班子企业经理层正职。
葛仁余曾介绍,在数字化转型上,江苏银行的目标就是打造“最具互联网大数据基因的银行”,将“智慧化”位列全行战略之首。
其也指出,银行的数字化转型需要重视四点:一是强化科技引领业务发展,防止科技引领科技发展,尤其是科技发展的后期要防止科技“泡沫”;二是技术与业务的角色定位要转换,创新是业务部门的事,体验是科技部门的事;三是要提高开发效率,采用敏态模式,做好技术与业务的对接与融合;四是要找准着力点,清晰自身定位,客户服务和管理的痛点就是创新的起点,也是转型的起点。
今年上半年,江苏银行成立苏银研究院,下设金融科技研究部,组织统筹该行金融科技研究工作,一项重要任务就是推动“数智化”转型,更好服务业务发展。同时,瞄准智慧金融、普惠金融、绿色金融、开放金融等四大方向。
科技人才也是江苏银行今年的人才引进重点。在今年8月底启动的2023校招中,总行和分行均招募金融科技培养生。
其中,总行招募的人才计划进入总行信息科技部工作,目的在于培养应用开发、创新技术应用研发、大数据及人工智能开发方向的专业人才,分行的科技人才引进则关注打造具备互联网思维的客户经理和产品经理队伍。
总行主要培养方向为软件应用开发、数据分析应用、新技术应用研发方向,分行则为数字化营销与风控、产品创新与数据分析方向。
二、科技人才在银行高层人事中更受关注
随着数字化转型的推进,银行在打造高层人事时,更加关注科技人才,今年以来,就有多家银行公开招募首席信息官。
9月21日,西安银行发布公告,面向社会公开选聘高级管理人员,职位包括首席信息官,要求年龄不超过50周岁。

值得注意的是,银行更加关注首席信息官的同时,科技条线人才在银行高层也更受关注。
4月25日,重庆农商行发布公告,原董事长刘建忠辞职,该行董事会选举谢文辉为该行第五届董事会董事长。谢文辉原为重庆农商行行长,目前同时担任该行董事长和行长,后续该行或将选拔新任行长。
