
2019年5月26日,我在贺兰山下顺利完赛银川国际马拉松,完成了第14个全程马拉松的征程,同时,我也借此机会实现了走遍中华大地34个省区的心愿。很多人都问我,为什么要跑马拉松?因为在我的心里,创业就像一场漫长的马拉松,一旦踏上了这条赛道,我们需要做的就是坚持不懈的跑下去,直至成功;在这个过程中,需要体力、需要补给,但更需要崇高的理想和坚定的信念,需要发自内心的热爱。这是支撑创业者们在漫长征程中最终获得胜利的能量之源,是我们的荷尔蒙、多巴胺和内啡肽。
我1981年出生在陕西省安康市,1998年考入清华大学水利系,2002年被保送到清华公共管理学院攻读硕士学位。2005年,硕士毕业后进入一家知名房地产公司;2011年,白手起家,辞职创业,从房地产进入文创产业,踏上了77文创的文化资产运营商的发展道路。我属鸡,所以经常用“闻鸡起舞”来激励自己,鸡鸣为何?起舞又为何?我认为,鸡鸣就是时代的召唤,是时代赋予我们这批年轻人的使命感和责任感;而起舞,就是我们与这个时代所契合的行动,是我们行胜于言的实践。
八年前的2011年,我认为在文创领域创业具备了“天时、地利、人和”的条件,因此毅然决然的踏上了创业的道路。“天时”是国家对于发展文化产业的空前重视,尤其是《文化产业振兴规划》的发布,迎来了中华文化复兴的历史机遇;“地利”则是北京市东城区“文化立区”的发展战略和“文化东城”的明确定位,与东城区独特的文化艺术资源有机结合、紧密合作,文创产业有了生长的土壤;“人和”则是我来北京多年来积累的社会资源,尤其是文化界的资源,大家对于我投身文创产业给予了巨大的鼓舞和支持,使我敢于放手一搏。
除了创业的机遇以外,让我们能有底气创业的还有我们提出的独特的商业模式,一种创造共赢的文化资产运营管理模式。在传统的二房东思维盛行的文创园区领域,我们果断的选择了一条不以租金为衡量标准的准入机制,打造了若干个主题性、专业化的文创园区,建立了首都文创园区品牌“77文创”。从2012年开始,我们在国子监、孔庙、雍和宫、前门大街、中国美术馆等历史文化街区附近,利用疏解空间打造了若干个文化园区和文化空间,77文创系列园区于2018年成为“北京市文化改革和发展领导小组”认定的首批市级文创园区。
随着优化提升首都核心功能的进程,我们也在不断适应和调整企业的发展重心,公司发展初期定位是“文创园区和文创产业聚集区”,每个园区内都集中了许多优秀的文化类企业,但近年来,随着“疏、整、促”工作的进行,园区内的一些办公人员较多、属于文化产业里的劳动密集型产业比如影视后期制作、新媒体等逐渐搬离了老城区,更多的空间用作服务文化创意产业的头部资源和创作资源,以及公共文化服务平台,比如落地在77文创美术馆园区的“北京剧目排练中心”,受到了北京戏剧演出行业的一致好评。
因此,我们企业也积极开始了转型升级,从文创园区运营商努力向“文化内容创造、文化体验和文化服务”转型;我与前央视著名主持人、中国手艺发展研究中心主任赵普老师共同发起成立了普雷资本,孵化和培育优秀的文创企业;我们积极参与街区有机更新,引入名家资源,与国学大师和漫画家蔡志忠先生深度合作,利用腾退空间打造融合了实体书店、阅读空间、咖啡厅、精酿等为一体的77朱古力文化生活馆;积极参与文化东城和戏剧东城建设,承担大华国际艺术中心的建设和运营等工作,这是由1935年就开始运营的位于东单的大华电影院改造而来,也是老城保护与有机更新的典型项目;同时,我们积极参与社区文化建设,接受建国门街道西总布社区的委托,运营社区文化中心;通过这些工作,既为文化艺术工作者提供了创造平台、交流平台和演出平台,也为老城区的居民提供了更多的文化空间和文化服务,更与北京市打造全国文化中心和国际交往中心的定位紧密结合。
通过在老城区里的这些工作实践,我深刻的认识到,作为民营企业家,通常而言,做决策时是将经济效益放在第一位,但是在处于首都功能核心区的北京老城区,社会效益和经济效益同样重要,甚至在大多数情况下,社会效益的价值和影响还将大于经济效益,因为全中国只有一个首都,首都只有一个老城,这是我们思考问题和做出决策的重要前提,也是时代发展的要求。
自2014年首个77文创项目亮相以来,中宣部、文化部、全国工商联、北京市等各级领导先后莅临视察指导,并给予了我们高度的评价和中肯的建议。随着77文创品牌影响力的日益增长,我们逐渐走出东城,在北京多个区域投资和运营更多主题文创园区。77文创努力成为一家勇于放弃短期收益,谋求文创生态的聚合效应,打造长期影响力和可持续发展能力的公司。正是这种坚持,使得我们能够聚集了包括北京剧目排练中心、无用空间、77剧场、东家会客厅、正安学院等一大批优秀的文化项目,以及蔡志忠、林兆华、赵普、梁冬、贾樟柯、马可等一大批文化界知名的艺术家资源。77文创所搭建的文创生态体系正在形成,并逐步展现出巨大的价值、独特的魅力和可持续发展的生命力。
