朱晓静今天被正式宣布为沃尔玛中国新任总裁及首席执行官,以接替陈文渊。
陈文渊则在入职沃尔玛三年后,离开了沃尔玛。沃尔玛官方称,陈文渊因家庭原因离职。

更早之前,朱晓静在霍尼韦尔、麦肯锡等多家跨国公司担任职位。
朱晓静与陈文渊相似地方还在于,事业早期阶段,都有咨询公司工作背景。

目前,中国商超零售商寻求增长的途径,主要有两块。一个是主要以生鲜食品为载体的数字化线上C端业务。一个是B2B业务(单位食堂、机关企事业单位、中小零售商等供货业务)。
这两块业务背后的支撑则都是供应链能力和技术能力。比如做B2B市场,现在很多是线上化获客、支付、发展了。数字化技术要很强,要能连接上游,上下游高度信息化。
目前,在B2B市场,全国性的商超零售商中,大润发、永辉、物美已经规模开启。高鑫零售(大润发+欧尚)首席执行官黄明端早前表示,预计2020年,B2B业务会占公司总销售额的10%左右。
永辉则对B2B业务——彩食鲜独立融资,并从上市公司剥离。彩食鲜2020年初也做了重大人事调整,原永辉超市总裁李建波回归永辉,出任彩食鲜CEO。彩食鲜则于近期将总部迁往北京。
物美则在2019年收购了以B端业务为主要发展方向的麦德龙中国,近期,这笔交易完成交割。
显然,沃尔玛也需要强化其B2B业务,此次人事变动,或有这方面考虑。
在C端业务层面,目前市场的一个趋势是,消费品业务的线上渠道成长非常快。疫情以来,则加速了线上渠道的发展。根据一些快消品研究报告显示,一季度,在县级及以上城市快消品市场整体出现同比下滑的情况下,线上渠道却实现了同比大号双位数的正增长。
京东等线上渠道似乎也在加大布局,京东近期整合内部资源成立了大商超全渠道事业群。
