【故事】兴迈思特管件制造有限公司总经理陶凯：精益求精深耕液压管件制造行业

3月去美国，5月去德国，6月去韩国，这是嘉兴迈思特管件制造有限公司总经理陶凯今年的行程表，奔忙于世界各地，所为何事？答案是：开拓市场，发展客户。

迈思特专业从事流体连接管件研发生产28年，是国内最具规模的流体连接管件制造企业，是国家高新技术企业。创业初期，当国内同行企业还在用5万元的数控车床时，迈思特就从国外进口了20万元的数控车床，舍得投入，一心深耕管件领域，也就逐渐建立起了竞争力，形成了生产销售管件、紧固件、液压件、胶管总成及五金配件，经营货物进出口和技术进出口的产业规模。

在迈思特的成长期，陶凯在国内读完机械工程专业的大学本科，并赴澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学攻读了国际贸易专业的硕士研究生，毕业后又在公司数控车间、质检部等一线岗位踏实磨炼。2015年，陶凯出任迈思特总经理一职，并注意到彼时企业发展比较稳当，但是业务主要以老客户为主，他决定进一步开拓新客户以及国际市场。

“那时候，我们正好碰到一个尴尬的局面。当我们申请成为比亚迪（汽车）、约翰迪尔（农机）等大企业供应商时，审核没通过，我们的质量体系没完全建立起来，只有ISO9001质量管理体系认证。”陶凯坦诚面对现实，并持续推进完善质量管理体系，最终实现了IATF16949：2016质量管理体系认证，精益生产的标准更高，“要论产品质量，但不仅仅只论产品质量，还要建立好的制度，不断地通过精细化管理、数字化手段，消除盲点，提升企业竞争力，才能争取到更高端的客户。” CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

一、超越是永恒的目标

在陶凯的带领下，迈思特首次突破亿元产值大关，被评为国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业、省级内外贸“领跑者”企业。在业务上，他瞄准军工、轨道交通、风电、新能源汽车等高端领域，已成功成为世界主要的液压设备厂商的供应商，开发并积累大量的海内外优质客户。

迄今为止，迈思特已获有效专利90余项，其中发明专利8项，主持修订国家标准8项，参与制订国家标准和行业标准50项，拥有省级研发中心1个，博士后工作站1个，还是管接头国家标准的制定单位之一，获中国机械工业科学技术奖、浙江省科技厅颁发的高新技术企业证书，产品在行业内处于领先地位，符合DIN德国标准和SAE美国标准。如今，迈思特管件的出口也已覆盖德国、美国、日本、法国、瑞典等国家，譬如以德国为例，2015年出口额在200万欧元左右，现已增至800万欧元的出口额。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

陶凯是具有反思精神的，“在我的观念里，企业是不可能没有问题的，永远需要持续改进，只要你认真沉下心去，总会发现问题，如果觉得没有问题了，你这个老板其实就已经面临潜在的风险了，所以我每天都要折腾一点事情，每天都要去工厂走几圈。”

二、力争成为行业领先者

2019年起，迈思特花三年时间研究用于大数据处理中心冷却系统的管件，其材质特殊，刀具、磨具都得重新开发，热处理难度也不小，而且产品做成后还要表面放大50倍看缺陷，最终企业通过技术研发，难题攻克，最终扛下来了。

陶凯在讲述故事的同时，也回顾了企业名字的由来，“迈思特的英文名就是Master，意思是大师。如果要讲到企业精神，其实就是我喜欢的一款游戏的台词，‘真正的大师，永远怀着一颗学徒的心’。我们永远要保持一个学习的态度，永远谦卑地去学习、去改进，比如向海盐的恒锋工具、欣兴工具等企业学习，向国际知名的企业学习。”

Meister has been specialized in the development and production of fluid connection pipe fittings for 28 years, and is the largest fluid connection pipe fittings manufacturing enterprise in China and a national high-tech enterprise. At the beginning of the business, when the domestic peer enterprises are still using 50,000 yuan CNC lathes, Mester imported 200,000 yuan CNC lathes from abroad, willing to invest, one heart to deeply cultivate the field of pipe fittings, but also gradually established a competitive edge, formed the production and sales of pipe fittings, fasteners, hydraulic parts, hose assembly and hardware accessories, operating goods import and export and technology import and export of industrial scale.

During the growth period of Meister, Tao Kai completed his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering in China, and went to the University of Newcastle in Australia to study for a master’s degree in international trade. After graduation, he practiced in the company’s CNC workshop, quality inspection department and other frontline positions. In 2015, Tao Kai took the position of general manager of Meister, and noticed that the business was relatively stable at that time, but the business was mainly based on old customers, and he decided to further explore new customers and international markets.

Under the leadership of Tao Kai, Meister broke through the output value of 100 million yuan for the first time, and was rated as a national specialized and special new “little giant” enterprise and a provincial domestic and foreign trade “leader” enterprise. In the business, he aims at military industry, rail transit, wind power, new energy vehicles and other high-end fields, has successfully become the world’s major hydraulic equipment manufacturers suppliers, developed and accumulated a large number of high-quality customers at home and abroad. So far, Meister has obtained more than 90 effective patents, including 8 invention patents, presided over the revision of 8 national standards, participated in the formulation of 50 national standards and industry standards, has a provincial R & D center, a postdoctoral workstation, and is one of the formulation units of national standards for pipe joints. Won the Science and Technology Award of China Machinery Industry and the high-tech enterprise certificate issued by Zhejiang Science and Technology Department, the products are in a leading position in the industry, in line with DIN German standards and SAE American standards. Second, strive to become the industry leader

Since 2019, Meister has spent three years studying the pipe fittings for the cooling system of the big data processing center, whose material is special, tools and abrasive tools have to be re-developed, heat treatment is not small, and the surface of the product has to be enlarged 50 times to see the defects, and finally the company has overcome the problems through technology research and development, and finally carried it down.
