
6月6日,以”携手高质量一体化,奋进中国式现代化”为主题的第五届长三角一体化发展高层论坛在安徽合肥召开,中国民营经济国际合作商会会长、红豆集团董事局主席周海江,作为江苏企业家代表出席论坛。
周海江认为,高质量实现长三角一体化,能够很好展现中国式现代化的内涵和发展路径。通过长三角一体化的不断推进,中国式现代化的目标将更加紧密地与现实发展相结合,为中国式现代化建设注入新的活力和实践经验。
民营企业如何在长三角一体化中抓住机遇加快发展?如何发挥主体和推动者作用?周海江建议,需要广大民营企业积极主动融入长三角一体化发展战略,不断推进”三融合”,即”创新融合、品牌融合、资本融合”,厚植企业高质量发展后劲,以自身发展的确定性应对外部环境的不确定性。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
有人形容,长三角科技创新”无民营经济不活,无产业集群不富,无龙头企业不强,无名牌产品不响”,这说明民营企业在自主创新方面的重要作用。周海江提出要以”创新融合”加快企业转型升级。长三角的一体化,在很大程度上来说是科技创新、自主创新的加速融合。红豆集团的做法就是紧抓”五个一流”建设(即”一流的人才、一流的平台、一流的投入、一流的机制和一流的产品”),提升各产业公司的科技创新能力。2023年,红豆在已有的国家级企业技术中心的基础上正式升级成立研究院以加快科技创新,同时强调产品创新,用科技赋能产品,走差异化发展之路。比如,红豆舒适男装发布的创新产品0感舒适衬衫,投入市场一年单品销量已突破50万件,背后的原因是,红豆联手行业高端供应商对面料、工艺、版型、科技功能进行研发升级,提高了产品附加值。红豆男装也因此被中国服装协会授予”舒适男装赛道开创者”称号。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
周海江介绍说,纵观红豆66年的发展,从为企业挣得”第一桶金”的”红豆护士衫”,到享有”中国第一胎”美誉的通用股份矿山胎研发,再到全国热销一亿件、历经多年迭代升级的”红豆绒内衣”,以及去年发布引领男装行业舒适风尚的红豆0感舒适衬衫……红豆品牌的每一次跃升,都是用极具科技含量的差异化创新产品为企业的蓬勃发展注入强大动力。近年来,红豆集团每年申请专利超300件,截至2022年底,已累计申请超4000件。
市场经济是品牌划分市场,自主品牌是划分市场的可靠保证。品牌是各个产业链的”链主”。世界级品牌又是衡量世界级城市群崛起与变迁的重要标尺。周海江建议要以”品牌融合”培育链主企业,民营企业需要更多拥有发展领导权居于产业链”链主”地位的自主品牌。对于民企如何进行品牌融合?周海江给出了几点建议,一方面要积极开展以资本为纽带的战略合作,形成长三角产业链再造、品牌价值链互塑和企业生态圈的新优势,有力支撑自主品牌实施面向全球市场的品牌扩张战略;一方面要充分利用长三角互联网、物联网、5G和人工智能等为代表的新兴产业优势,同时积极实施”品牌+文化”战略,形成一批具有新时代引领性的自主品牌;再一方面就是政府要出台让工业自主品牌企业享受与高新技术企业一样的15%的税收政策,把培育”自主品牌”上升到与”高新技术企业”同等重要的地位,通过政府大力扶持,培育一批自主品牌”链主企业”,增强对产业链、供应链的把控力,参与国际竞争与合作。
周海江强调,只有民族的才是世界的,所以红豆集团连续二十多年打造红豆七夕节,为品牌注入传统文化内涵。同时推进品牌高端化战略升级,除了科技赋能产品升级,数智化重构业务经营管理体系,线上加速从流量运营向品牌运营转型。如红豆男装,定位舒适赛道,以品牌为龙头,在产品、传播、渠道、运营等方面加大投入,优化线下门店消费场景,以全新舒适新形象快速触达中高端消费客群。
融资难、融资贵的核心问题在于自主资本少。中国企业要借鉴学习美国的直接融资模式,抓好当前国家不断开放股市、扩大渠道的大好机会,积极创造条件上市直接融资,从被整合者转变为整合者。周海江建议要以”资本融合”夯实自主资本。对于长三角的民营企业而言,在做好积极上市的同时,还要进一步进行资本融合,加强企业间的多元投资、兼并重组、互相参股等方式来增强企业实力和创新活力。红豆集团就是通过打造红豆股份、通用股份两家主板上市公司和紫杉药业新三板挂牌企业,并积极增发,助力推动企业高质量发展。比如通用股份最近完成的超10亿元定向增发,将加速公司海外业务开拓,提高企业国际化竞争能力,项目达产后年生产规模预计达500万条高性能轿车轮胎和90万条卡客车胎,新增利润总额达2.50亿元。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
