当前,全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,催生出大数据、云计算、人工智能、互联网、区块链等新一代信息技术,数字技术革命正推动全球加速走向数智化新时代。数字化建设已经成为全球资管行业竞争的新高地,数字化转型正成为国际领先金控集团的战略重点。
一、资管行业数字化转型的海外经验
近几年,全球资管行业体现了强者恒强、头部集中、差异化发展的态势。2022年,全球资管机构500强总资产达到了102.6万亿欧元,其中前10强占市场份额的1/3。以贝莱德为例,自2019年以来已连续14年蝉联全球首位,最新的资产管理规模一度超过10万亿美元。伴随着信息技术的快速发展,科学技术已经广泛应用到资产管理与业务的各个环节,甚至很多技术创新来源于投资业务发展的实践。与此同时,金融科技也促进了产品端的行业集中度进一步提升,推动资管产业链更专业化、标准化,成为打造差异化竞争优势的重要手段。

二、工银理财数字化转型实践
从国内的实践来看,大资管行业围绕数字化、智能化转型已经开展了积极的探索,国际竞争力显著提升。2023年召开的中央金融工作会议明确提出要做好“数字金融”这篇大文章,从战略上凸显了数字金融在今后加快建设金融强国中的重大意义。近年来,在监管部门的统一领导下,尤其是资管新规落地以来,国内大资管发展稳健,成效显著。
根据调查,2022年全球资管机构500强中有41家中国机构上榜,银行理财是其中的重要组成部分。随着资管新规的深入实施,银行理财行业实现了回归本源、结构优化和提质增效,迎来了高质量发展新纪元。
数字化转型方面,我们也做了积极的探索。工银理财客户通过线上方式购买理财产品的占比已达98.37%,其中手机银行占比接近90%。数字化转型不断助推公司向国际一流、国内领先的全能型理财公司迈进。
第一,以深挖数据价值为核心,全面打造数字引擎新生态。数字营销方面,通过客户标签画像与智能化营销策略,精准对接客户的需求,持续协同代销机构推进与理财登记中心交换平台的对接上线,构建服务线上线下一体化的数字营销平台。数字产品创新方面,在完成销售端产品工厂的基础上,构建能够快速响应市场需求的全产品管理体系,为客户提供全谱系多元化资管产品。智能投研交易方面,打造智能化投研平台和集中交易平台,稳步实现新增投资品全生命周期管理。智能风控方面,进一步强化主动、全面、一体化风险管理理念,打造智能风控模型,全面提升了风控水平。
第二,以强化前沿科技应用为依托,不断夯实数字理财业务新架构。通过将大数据、人工智能、区块链、互联网、云计算、5G等新技术充分应用于系统建设,工银理财搭建了参数管理、智慧产品管理、智慧投研分析、智慧投资管理、智慧投资交易、智慧风险管理、智慧合规管理、智慧数据应用等八大功能的新一代智慧资产管理平台体系,实现了系统架构与功能运维的全面升级。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
三、深化银行理财数字化转型的“三个融合”
数字技术革命为资管行业提供了更加广阔的发展机遇,如何使用数字技术对现有的投资研究模式、产品客户体系、风险管控方法、经营运作流程进行深度重构,优化客户体验,提升服务实体经济能力,落实好“数字金融大文章”,推动银行理财数字化转型走深走实,我做了如下几点思考。
第一,要促进数字金融与实体经济深度融合,着力推动资产端优化调整。积极践行政治性、人民性,提升专业性,已经成为资管行业的最广泛共识,无论市场怎么变,资管行业服务好实体经济的长期使命不会变。在扎实做好数字金融大文章的过程中,资管行业首先要发挥好资金融通与资源配置的纽带作用,加速推动资产结构的优化调整,进一步发挥直接投融资优势,为完善数字基础设施建设、促进数字金融均衡发展提供资金支持,为核心技术创新提供全方位金融服务,引导资源流向科技、绿色、普惠、养老等重点领域,促进数字金融与实体经济深度融合。
第二,要促进数字金融与居民财富管理需求深度融合,着力推动产品端的创新升级。当前,我国居民正在从“储蓄养老”向“投资养老”转变,养老金融的高度个性化需求与数字金融有着天然的匹配性。资管机构要利用大数据、云计算、人工智能等数字技术,积累海量养老理财客户信息,精准刻画养老理财客户画像,深度挖掘养老理财客户需求,有针对性地创设养老理财产品,依托生成式人工智能技术,赋能客户服务流程,提升养老理财服务效果和客户体验。
第三,要促进数字金融与全面风险管理深度融合,着力推动业务流程的安全稳健。随着我国顶层设计日臻成熟,为资管行业数字化转型营造了良好政策环境,但金融的本质是对风险的管理,科技手段的快速迭代客观上给金融行业风险管理提出了更高要求。我们要主动适应科技变革,推动智能化风险控制,进一步提升数据治理能力,使风险管理系统能够对更加复杂的业务场景做出分析判断,深度释放关联数据价值,加快推动“人防”向“技防”“智控”转变,走实走稳面向数字时代的高质量发展之路。

At present, a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation are developing in depth, giving birth to a new generation of information technologies such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, the Internet and blockchain. The digital technology revolution is accelerating the world towards a new era of digital intelligence. Digital construction has become a new height of competition in the global asset management industry, and digital transformation is becoming the strategic focus of the international leading financial holding group.
1. Overseas experience in digital transformation of the asset management industry
In recent years, the global asset management industry has reflected the trend of constant strength, head concentration and differentiated development. In 2022, the total assets of the top 500 global asset management institutions reached 102.6 trillion euros, of which the top 10 accounted for one-third of the market share. Blackrock, for example, has been ranked first in the world for 14 consecutive years since 2019, and its latest asset management scale once exceeded $10 trillion. With the rapid development of information technology, science and technology have been widely used in all aspects of asset management and business, and even many technological innovations come from the practice of investment business development. At the same time, fintech has also promoted the further improvement of industry concentration on the product side, promoted the more specialized and standardized asset management industry chain, and become an important means to create differentiated competitive advantages.
The offshore foreign investment management industry started relatively early in digital operation, explored more, and developed relatively fast, which also provided a development path for reference for the digital transformation of the domestic asset management industry.
The first is to adhere to the combination of the application platform shared by the industry and the exclusive platform built by the institution. 2. ICBC financial digital transformation practice
From the perspective of domestic practice, the capital management industry has carried out active exploration around digital and intelligent transformation, and its international competitiveness has been significantly improved. The Central Financial Work Conference held in 2023 clearly proposed to do a good job of “digital finance”, which strategically highlights the great significance of digital finance in accelerating the construction of a financial power in the future. In recent years, under the unified leadership of the regulatory authorities, especially since the landing of the new regulations on asset management, the development of domestic big asset management has been steady and achieved remarkable results. According to the survey, 41 Chinese institutions are listed in the top 500 global asset management institutions in 2022, and banking is an important part of them. With the in-depth implementation of the new regulations on capital management, the banking finance industry has returned to its source, optimized its structure and improved its quality and efficiency, ushering in a new era of high-quality development.
In terms of digital transformation, we have also made active exploration. Icbc wealth management customers have purchased financial products through online means, accounting for 98.37%, of which mobile banking accounts for nearly 90%. Digital transformation continues to promote the company to the international first-class, domestic leading all-round financial companies.
First, take the value of data as the core, and comprehensively build a new ecology of digital engines. In terms of digital marketing, through the customer label portrait and intelligent marketing strategy, the needs of customers are accurately connected, and the distribution agency is continuously cooperating with the exchange platform of the financial registration center to promote the connection and launch, and the digital marketing platform with the integration of online and offline services is built. I have made the following reflections.
First, we should promote the deep integration of digital finance and the real economy, and strive to promote the optimization and adjustment of the asset side. Actively practicing politics, people’s nature, and improving professionalism have become the most extensive consensus of the asset management industry, no matter how the market changes, the long-term mission of the asset management industry to serve the real economy will not change. In the process of doing a solid job in digital finance, the asset management industry must first give full play to the link role of financial financing and resource allocation, accelerate the optimization and adjustment of asset structure, further give full play to the advantages of direct investment and financing, provide financial support for improving digital infrastructure construction and promoting the balanced development of digital finance, and provide all-round financial services for core technology innovation. We will guide resources to flow to key areas such as science and technology, green, inclusive and elderly care, and promote the deep integration of digital finance and the real economy. At present, Chinese residents are changing from “savings for the elderly” to “investment for the elderly”, and the highly personalized needs of pension finance are naturally matched with digital finance. Asset management institutions should use digital technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence to accumulate massive amounts of pension banking customer information, accurately depict the portraits of pension banking customers, deeply explore the needs of pension banking customers, create targeted pension banking products, rely on generative artificial intelligence technology, empower customer service processes, and improve the effect of pension banking services and customer experience.
Third, we should promote the deep integration of digital finance and comprehensive risk management, and strive to promote the safety and soundness of business processes. As China’s top-level design becomes more and more mature, it creates a good policy environment for the digital transformation of the asset management industry. However, the essence of finance is the management of risks, and the rapid iteration of scientific and technological means objectively puts forward higher requirements for the risk management of the financial industry. We should take the initiative to adapt to scientific and technological changes, promote intelligent risk control, further improve data governance capabilities, so that the risk management system can make analysis and judgment on more complex business scenarios, deeply release the value of associated data, accelerate the transformation of “civil air defense” to “technical defense” and “intelligent control”, and walk the road of high-quality development for the digital era.
