这么优秀的“一把手”近期却失联了,引发舆论猜测:有人猜是“病了”,但更多人认为是“进去了”。
上周,尘埃落定,广药集团发布公告确认“李楚源因个人原因,辞去董事长等一切职务”——名字后面没加“同志”看来问题不小。
了解内情的人透露,不仅李楚源本人“进去了”,他的侄子、妻子也被“带走了”。
令人感到唏嘘的是,今年李楚源已经59岁了,他本该在明年光荣退休,可惜,没有守好晚节,优厚的退休待遇肯定是没了。

李楚源在广药体系兢兢业业工作了36年,从技术员做起,升任科长、部长、副厂长、厂长、总经理、董事长,一步一个台阶升到了“一把手”,业务水平没的说,是广药内部有名的能人。

与内部高评价形成鲜明对比的是,外界的舆论批评李楚源有“与民争利”的嫌疑。

广药夺回“王老吉”所有权时,加多宝留下的是一个年销150亿的盘子,李楚源信心满满地表示:要在一年内将销售额做到200亿。实际情况是,广药接手后“王老吉”销量逐渐萎缩,去年才做了100亿出头,与李楚源的计划相去甚远。

众所周知,一款药卖得好不好与医生的态度有很大的关系。为了让医生多开自家的药,医药代表会打着各种名义给院长、主任、医生等送礼。
比如,安排他们参加药厂举办的学习会,其实就是旅游,地点往往选在度假胜地,住着五星级酒店,出入专车接送,培训半天玩半天,结束时还送一个“伴手礼”,各个满载而归。
这些潜规则是红线,广药不能碰,但李楚源想了个鬼主意,间接地给医生送礼。他让代工的药企必须从指定的经销商处采购原料,而这些原料的价格比市场价高出数倍。
比如,生产“国产伟哥”的原料,市场价为1800元/斤,代工的药企采购价则高达10000元/斤。

虽然这些话很雷人,但可见李楚源在广药工作时非常努力、非常投入,愿意拿个人的名誉为公司背书。
问题是,劳苦功高的“一把手”退休后该如何自处?按照职级拿一份退休金?还是按自己对集团的贡献分走一块“蛋糕”?

These hidden rules are the red line, Guangyao can not touch, but Li Chuyuan thought of a ghost idea, indirect gifts to the doctor. He made it mandatory for contract drug companies to source raw materials from designated distributors at prices several times higher than market prices.
For example, the raw materials for the production of “domestic Viagra” have a market price of 1,800 yuan/jin, and the purchase price of OEM pharmaceutical companies is as high as 10,000 yuan/jin.

Why did Li Chuyuan make such a serious mistake just before he retired?
Maybe it has something to do with being out of position.
As a capable and ambitious state-owned enterprise executive, Li Chuyuan can be said to have contributed to the development of Guangyao, not only for the group to cultivate Wanglaoji, isatigan, domestic Viagra three “cash tree”, he also worked hard to advertise to Guangyao, such as “drinking Wanglaoji can extend life by 10%” “drinking Isatigan will not wear a mask” “afraid of anger, drink Wanglaoji; Also on fire, eat gold “and so on.
