9月16日,在2023年世界计算大会—先进制造论坛上,中国工程院院士、50人论坛委员、湖南大学教授王耀南表示,智能制造正成为先进制造业的主攻方向,而工业互联网是智能制造的关键综合信息基础设施,未来要加快工业互联网基础设施建设,加强工业互联网核心软硬件自主可控,抢占工业互联网的制高点,支撑我国实施制造强国战略。

智能制造是基于新一代信息技术与先进制造技术深度融合,贯穿于设计生产、管理、服务等制造活动各个环节,具有自感知、自决策、自执行、自适应、自学习等特征,旨在提高制造业质量、效益和核心竞争力的先进生产方式。
王耀南强调,作为制造强国建设的主攻方向,智能制造发展水平关乎我国未来制造业的全球地位,对于加快发展现代产业体系,巩固壮大实体经济根基,构建新发展格局,建设数字中国,建成现代产业体系、实现新型工业化具有重要作用,需加快推动智能制造发展。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
王耀南认为,工业互联网是智能制造的关键综合信息基础设施,是通过5G、边缘计算等新一代信息通信技术与新一代人工智能在工业中的深度融合和创新应用,构建起人、机、物的全面互联,形虑实体联网、数据联网,以及服务联网的网络开发平台,为最终实现数字化、网络化、智能化的智能生产、制造、管理等提供支撑服务。

工业互联网的核心是以生产要素互联为基础,发展感知、分析、决策、控制、管理一体化的信息物理深度融合应用,形成数据驱动的工业智能应用。而工业互联网的体系架构主要有智能设备层、网络互联层、决策控制层、工业应用层等,其关键技术主要包括感知、互联、计算、控制、管理等。
不过,王耀南指出,中国工业互联网研究尚处于起步阶段,局限于云计算、物联网、大数据等单一领域,自主可控程度低、联网范围小、控制效果差、感知能力弱、传算效率低、智能管控难等问题较突出,亟需提升现有制造业中工业互联网的自主可控与智能化管理。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
为此,王耀南提出了四个方面的发展建议。
一是加强基础设施建设,推进内、外网建设改造,加快专业型平台、特色型平台、跨行业跨领域平台建设,加强工业互联网核心软硬件自主可控,保障产业链安全,共同研究制定工业互联网和先进制造业技术和产业体系,抢占工业互联网的制高点,支撑我国实施制造强国战略。
二是深度推进“智感、效联、高算、协控、精管”关键技术的研究和融合,加快工业互联网安全保障体系、低延时网络传输协议、边缘计算等下一代技术的研发,积极争取国际标准和规范的制定权。
三是将工业互联技术、模式等与各行业生产实践、行业特性、知识经验紧密结合,打造工业互联网在航空航天、船舶制造、轨道交通等领域的智能工厂示范工程,推广虚拟工厂、云工厂等新型制造模式,加大资金扶持力度,支持共性技术平台建设。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
四是将工业互联网技术纳入相关学科建设体系,着力培养一批高水平科研带头人,吸引海外留学人员回国创新创业;加强中小学校、科技馆等开没工业互联网兴趣课堂,进行展示、宣传和推广。
