王奇飞，现任浙商中拓集团（浙江）新材料科技有限公司总经理，海盐县工商联（总商会）执委。2011年硕士研究生毕业后正式加入浙商中拓集团股份有限公司，历任浙商中拓钢铁四部业务员、经理助理、责任人。获海盐县“2022年度优秀企业家”，浙江省交通投资集团有限公司“优秀共产党员”，浙商中拓集团股份有限公司“优秀经理人”“优秀共产党员”等荣誉称号。

一、转行发展，构建“精益制造”梦想

2015年，时任浙商中拓钢铁四部经理的王奇飞深耕在钢贸市场已有5个年头。王奇飞带领的团队，个个都是钢材销售的行家里手，对钢铁产业链上各环节的发展情况，包括紧固件产业链结构都了然于胸。在嘉兴、温州、金华开拓市场的短短几年间，团队合作客户数量迅速拓展至3000多家，遍布长三角各个区域。

环顾国内紧固件行业，存在小作坊式工厂多、质量低、市场占有率低等问题，而德、日、韩等国企业输出标准高，占领紧固件行业高端市场，赚取了高额利润。王奇飞想打破局面介入这条产业链中，将生产加工规范集中，控制污染，从无序到有序，并引导企业，借助中拓的平台，做出高质量的产品，而且这也结合了习近平总书记提出的“推动我国制造业转型升级、建设制造强国”的理论。经过一番深思熟虑，“兴建一个工厂，做精益制造”的想法在他心里萌芽。

在得知王奇飞的想法后，公司高度重视，立即派出专业人员开展相关调研，进行深入研究，在充分论证项目可行的情况下，公司与海盐政府积极洽谈，经过多轮磋商，历经数次研讨和可行性论证，在浙江省交通集团的大力支持下，2018年3月，公司探索以工促贸、工贸一体的首个项目——年产60万吨优特钢精线加工建设项目在海盐澉浦正式落地，并被列入“浙江省重点项目”。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

二、迎难而上，强化管理促生产

此后，王奇飞重组团队，走出舒适圈，放弃稳定的业务和优厚的待遇，踏上实现梦想的征途。为了投产运营他筹钱入股，把自家的房子抵押了，心里只有一个念头，就是砸锅卖铁也要把厂房建起来、把项目搞上去。在最困难的时期，他和团队就是靠着“精益制造实业报国”的梦想和情怀咬牙坚持。

万事开头难，2019年1月，中拓新材料启动生产，因初涉生产制造，团队经验不足，困难接踵而至，产线不稳、技术不精、被竞争对手打压，王奇飞看在眼里急在心里。由于工人来自不同的小工厂，生产理念不同，生产出来的产品屡遭客户退货，如何解决问题，必需先追其根源。王奇飞向企业讨教生产经验，引进优秀的管理技术人才，同时开展“把管理理念由贸易思维转到生产思想上来”大讨论，并全力推进“全厂区定置化管理”“全工序标准化作业”“全流程信息化覆盖”等理念，各部门配合越来越有序，“采产供销运”衔接通畅起来。

2020年初受疫情影响，客户订单锐减，同时采购、生产、销售、物流等环节的配合协调问题再次暴露出来，中拓新材料面临着巨大的库存压力和市场销售压力。以“减半生产”缓解矛盾、“边际利润有贡献、生产总比停产好”，这是王奇飞团队调研后推出的产销管理理念。王奇飞鼓励团队放开手脚接单，同时还制定了“以销定产——产销平衡——以产定销”三个阶段的目标，保障订单持续稳定增加，并根据中高端客户需求，优化生产工艺，制定生产方案，提升产品质量。在经过半年的市场开发后，中拓新材料月订单销量已经突破2.5万吨，实现了“生产多少就能销售多少”的预定目标。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

三、秉承工匠精神，创一流品牌

企业良好的发展，离不开王奇飞的坚守和团队的核心力。在生产技术上，王奇飞每月召开一次质量分析大会，对产品质量进行复盘，对质量提升做出安排。王奇飞说到，“钱不能都让德、日、韩的企业赚了，我们的产品现在已经达到了比肩台资工厂的水平，距离‘进口替代’也不远了。”他坚持秉承“工匠”精神、“打铁还需自身硬”的理念，以精益制造为抓手，通过改进创新工艺来持续提升产品质量，扎实走好提质增效的每一步。

作为紧固件行业中的一员，王奇飞从中拓新材料成立之初就带着“精益制造”的自觉与“实业报国”的担当，秉承“工匠”精神提升产品质量和产品转型升级。在发展过程中，逐渐探索出了一条以质量创品牌、以品牌提效益的发展道路。2022年2月，中拓新材料正式申请注册“华盛纳”品牌商标，标志着中拓新材料正式步入品牌化发展阶段。

接下来，王奇飞将继续开拓国际国内两个市场，通过建立完善的供应商体系和中拓紧固件及五金工具的质量体系，全力推动“华盛纳”品牌体系建设，奋力打造紧固件、五金工具领域的世界一流品牌。

One day, Wang Qifei, who was on a business trip in Wenzhou, was prompted to think about the news of a stolen wastewater discharge. After learning Wang Qifei’s idea, the company attached great importance to it and immediately sent professionals to carry out relevant research and in-depth research. In the case of fully demonstrating the feasibility of the project, the company actively negotiated with the Haiyan government. After several rounds of negotiations, after several discussions and feasibility demonstration, with the strong support of Zhejiang Transportation Group, in March 2018, the company began to discuss the feasibility of the project. The first project of the company to explore the integration of industry and trade – the processing and construction project with an annual output of 600,000 tons of special steel finishing line was officially landed in Haiyan Ganpu, and was included in the “Key Project of Zhejiang Province”.

Everything is difficult at the beginning, in January 2019, Zhongtuo new materials started production, because of the initial production and manufacturing, the team is inexperienced, difficulties followed, the production line is unstable, the technology is not fine, and the competitors are suppressed, Wang Qifei saw in the eyes of the urgent in the heart. Because the workers come from different small factories, the production concept is different, the products produced are repeatedly returned by customers, how to solve the problem, we must first chase its root cause.
