
从媒体人到广告人,到波导手机礼品商,再到投资人,陈勇的人生“遭遇”了四次职业转换,对于常人来说,每一次的职业转换都是人生的一次大挑战,而他都是欣然奔赴。他像一匹奔跑的马,不管遇上什么坑,碰上什么阻碍,他坚信自己都能跨过这个坎。这是他对自己最深的独白,也是他一次一次成功的最大秘籍。
2009年,浙江龙游人陈勇初到重庆创业,并在重庆“一战成名”。当五个投资人一起跟他讲眼下的投资项目做不成要求撤资时,他夹菜的筷子落在空中停滞了一秒,同意了大家的要求。凭借着置之死地而后生的闯劲,他不但解决了融资问题,最后还获利好几十倍。
2016年,重庆市浙江杭州商会成立,陈勇担任商会执行会长;2019年,他正式出任重庆市浙江杭州商会会长。多年的商海沉浮,陈勇对于成功与否有了更深的理解:“能赚多少钱,只说明你是个成功的商人,能为这个社会承担责任,那才称得上是真正的企业家。”
一、四次职业转换四段人生挑战
1993年,陈勇从新华社离职,在朋友帮助下去了深圳,挂靠在一家知名出版社下,开展广告及画册策划印刷等业务。
“当我在深圳看到那些用德国海德堡机器印刷的画册时,太漂亮了,我觉得这个事情一定能成。”很快,他就轻松拿到了浙江乃至全国很多知名企业的业务。

21世纪初,手机作为新生事物进入空白市场,需求巨大。陈勇作为波导手机的礼品供应商极为用心,他研究市场走势,调研目标人群喜好,以“精、新、特”为准则,辅助波导手机做好前端促销宣传。随着波导连续7年手机市场销量第一,陈勇也赚得了人生第一桶金。
随着波导市场份额的缩小,陈勇也退出了礼品市场,他意识到做生意就是这么回事,决定入局资本金融圈。就这样,陈勇去了重庆,和五个朋友一起投资了当地一家公司下属的某个项目。当项目暂时面临困难、五个投资人提出希望撤资的要求时,陈勇扛住了所有压力,他说:“大家给我六个月的时间,六个月后不管我有没有融到资,都同意大家撤出原始股份。”
对于五个投资人来说,这是最好的结果。
“那时,我坚信能找到其他的投资人,六个月的缓冲期足够了,事实上我很快找到了合伙人。”陈勇第一时间想到了他的一位特殊“朋友”,这人是当初和他一起争夺这个地产项目的“竞争对手”。

这也许是命,陈勇拨通了“竞争对手”的手机,这位“竞争对于”对于陈勇眼下同意自己入股之事十分惊讶,但他明确表示出资2000万金额太高,目前自己手上只有700万。陈勇主动跟对方表示只需560万就可以入股。第二天一早,这位竞争对手就把560万打到陈勇账号上,并把自己名下重庆中房资产管理有限公司股东变更到陈勇名下。
夜深人静的时候,陈勇时常会想起小时候习武的那段时光。
1982年,李连杰主演的电影《少林寺》火遍大江南北,产生了诸多少林功夫迷,陈勇就是其中一个。他偷偷去书店买了各版《少林武功秘籍》,对照着书里的招式,一招招分解琢磨,反复练习,摔倒了起来,磕疼了再来,就这样坚持了几年,竟然学会了一招二式,包括前后侧空手翻。
陈勇说,习武这件事情让他坚信,只要自己不偷懒,很多事情都能做成。
二、企业越做越大责任越担越重
资金问题随着一个个朋友的加入暂时解决了,但这只是所有问题中的冰山一角。不良资产伴生着非常多的社会矛盾。破产重整企业职工如何安置,职工补贴如何解决?拆迁户如何安置,经济补贴如何解决?历史遗留问题如何解决?……“我是一个比较能冒险的人,我相信自己有能力一个一个去解决。开始接手项目的时候,我的确只考虑利益二字,但沿着这些错综复杂的线条找到末端的时候,我发现有些问题不仅仅是利益问题,而关乎民生,关于生存,在解决的过程中我也收获了比利益更重的社会价值。”陈勇道。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
企业不单是利益的追求者,更应该是社会责任的承担者,这成为陈勇投资收购理念的核心原则。依照这样的工作思路,他在重庆盘活了好多个旧房或工厂拆迁以及危旧房改造等项目。
随着企业越做越大,陈勇觉得肩上的责任越来越大,而他觉得做企业首先要对员工负责。

陈勇带领企业先后成立了党支部、工会、共青团组织,在精神上、物质上保障员工的工作和生活。他一直坚持给外地员工提供免费住宿,聘请专职厨师给员工烹制免费工作餐;节假日除了发放礼品,还亲自陪员工一起过节。“我到重庆创业已经14年了,在这14年里,没有一个员工离职的。我们就像家人一样。”

此外,他利用自己所学的法律知识专长,成立了会员纠纷调解室,协助会员企业开展协调工作。只要会员有困难,他都尽己所能给予帮助;那些刚到重庆发展的浙商,他也热心指点,渐渐地大家都亲切地叫他“大哥”。
“这些年我悟到最重要的一个字是‘善’。回想过往所走过的路,都是一些朋友不计回报地帮助支持我,才有了今天。”他也想把这份善扩散开去。
“当我把文具、衣服递给那些贫困山区的孩子时,他们都笑得好开心。我们给予的不多,但对于他们来说是很多,是雪中送炭,所以不管做的是大的还是小的事,只要能帮助到人,我尽量去做。”
他参加民盟重庆市委组织的武隆“民心路”工程,积极捐款50万,解决了当地山区群众出行难问题;在东西部协作的扶贫项目“龙游飞鸡”在四川叙永县落地后,为了尽快解决养殖户销售困局,他积极组织商会企业购买,并自掏腰包50万,第一时间帮助项目打开了销路;同样是东西协作叙永—衢州的交流会上,陈勇个人向叙永县慈善协会捐款20万;他也心系家乡,参与龙游脱贫攻坚“共建美丽乡村”,积极捐款30万……
