【故事】陈跃钢：微水发电的新能源畅想

民营经济健康发展和民营经济人士健康成长是新时代统一战线工作的重要领域。

陈士良是桐昆集团股份有限公司董事长，是嘉兴民营经济代表人士，其掌舵的桐昆集团是市工商联的副会长单位。

陈士良先后荣获全国劳动模范、全国优秀纺织企业家、国家科学技术进步二等奖、浙江省改革开放30年“创业创新突出贡献”优秀企业家、浙江省优秀中国特色社会主义事业建设者等荣誉称号。

一、取经整顿管理实现扭亏为盈

1981年，陈士良经过考试进入桐乡第一家专业生产化纤长丝的乡镇企业——桐乡县化学纤维厂工作。1986年，他被抽调前往筹建化纤厂三期工程，即凤鸣化纤厂。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

1991年初，时任桐乡凤鸣化纤厂副厂长的陈士良刚刚走下从美国考察回国的飞机，就接到了一纸调令，要他出任桐乡化纤厂厂长。当时的凤鸣化纤如日中天，已是一家省内外的知名企业，而作为桐昆集团前身的桐乡化纤厂的境况则是内忧外患，资不抵债，企业当时的产量和效益在浙江省化纤行业排名都是倒数第一。

面对困境，陈士良上任后立即着手整顿内部管理，第一个月就使产量增加四成，获利五万。随后，企业又投产了一条200吨的SKV101丙纶纺丝机生产线，两个月即收回全部成本。

1992年，陈士良前往江苏昆山，向苏三山集团赊购了一条年产1000吨KP431涤纶纺丝机，并与江苏常熟化纤设备厂达成协议，将其研制的两条年产2000吨的SKV102涤纶纺丝机以试生产合作形式在桐乡化纤厂试用。

1993年，桐乡化纤厂实现产值6500万元，利税1000万元。这以后，企业更名为桐昆集团，陈士良任董事长。

二、打造行业龙头勇攀技术巅峰

2000年，建设化纤工业城。2008年，建设年产40万吨世界单线产能最大的“一头两尾”熔体直纺项目。2009年，启动嘉兴石化年产80万吨PTA项目，形成上通PTA、下达长丝生产的一体化产业体系。2011年，桐昆股份上市（股票代码：601233），成为嘉兴市股改以来第一家主板上市企业。

经过多年发展，桐昆集团已形成PTA、聚酯、纺丝上下游一体化的产业链格局，全面建成无人工厂、黑灯车间，具备六大系列1000多个涤纶长丝产品生产能力，被业界称为中国涤纶长丝行业的“沃尔玛”。

2002年起，集团连续名列中国企业500强，并获得全国“五一”劳动奖状、全国文明单位、全国模范劳动关系和谐企业等荣誉称号。

目前，桐昆集团拥有总资产超1000亿元，下辖3个直属厂区和80多家控股企业，员工超3.3万人，并参股浙石化，进军石油炼化行业，具备1000万吨原油加工权益量、420万吨PTA、900万吨聚合以及950万吨涤纶长丝年生产加工能力，涤纶长丝产能产量居全球之首。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

作为行业龙头的桐昆，仍然在新装备、新工艺、新产品的有力支撑和推动下，通过一次又一次科技创新，勇攀行业技术巅峰。近年来，桐昆先后设立院士专家工作站、博士后工作站以及省内首家具有独立法人资格的研究院，并通过这些平台开展了大量的科技创新工作。

三、践行社会责任倾情奉献公益

陈士良在推动桐昆高速发展的同时，也在为社会尽情奉献着光和热。企业不但直接解决了上万人的就业问题,每年为国家创造上百亿元的利税，更为推动中国化纤产业的发展倾尽全力,为振兴民族工业做出自已的贡献。

与此同时，桐昆亦积极组织、参加各类公益慈善活动，为所有需要关爱和帮助的人送上一片温暖，多年来，企业在结对帮扶、村企共建、慈善捐助等方面投入资金超2亿元，并积极认捐慈善机构冠名基金、支持文体事业、参与“五水共治”等，先后获得嘉兴市慈善奖、浙江慈善奖机构奖、浙江慈善奖机构捐赠奖等荣誉。

Through rectification and management to achieve profit

In 1981, Chen Shiliang passed the examination and entered Tongxiang Chemical Fiber Factory, the first township enterprise specializing in the production of chemical fiber filament in Tongxiang. In 1986, he was transferred to prepare for the construction of the third phase of the chemical fiber plant, namely Fengming chemical fiber Plant.

At the beginning of 1991, Chen Shiliang, the deputy director of the Fengming chemical fiber factory in Tongxiang, had just stepped down from the plane returning from the United States, and received a paper transfer order, asking him to serve as the director of the Tongxiang chemical fiber Factory. In 1992, Chen Shilian went to Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, to Su Sanshan Group to buy an annual output of 1000 tons KP431 polyester spinning machine on credit, and reached an agreement with Jiangsu Changshu chemical fiber equipment Factory, the development of two SKV102 polyester spinning machine with an annual output of 2000 tons in Tongxiang chemical fiber factory trial production.

In 1993, Tongxiang Chemical fiber Factory achieved an output value of 65 million yuan and profits and taxes of 10 million yuan. After this, the company changed its name to Tongkun Group, with Chen Shiliang as chairman.

To create industry leaders to climb the peak of technology

In 2000, the construction of chemical fiber industry city. In 2008, the “one end and two ends” melt direct spinning project with the world’s largest single-line production capacity of 400,000 tons per year was built. In 2009, Jiaxing Petrochemical launched PTA project with an annual output of 800,000 tons, forming an integrated industrial system of PTA and filament production. After years of development, Tongkun Group has formed PTA, polyester, spinning upstream and downstream integration of the industrial chain pattern, fully built unmanned factory, black light workshop, with six series of more than 1000 polyester filament products production capacity, known as China’s polyester filament industry “Walmart”.

Since 2002, the group has continuously ranked among the top 500 enterprises in China, and won the national “May Day” labor Award, the National civilized unit, the national Model labor relations harmonious enterprise and other honorary titles.

At present, Tongkun Group has total assets of more than 100 billion yuan, under the jurisdiction of 3 direct plant areas and more than 80 holding enterprises, more than 33,000 employees, and shares in Zhejiang Petrochemical, entering the petroleum refining industry, with 10 million tons of crude oil processing rights, 4.2 million tons of PTA, 9 million tons of polymerization and 9.5 million tons of polyester filament annual production and processing capacity.
