一、企业转型,开辟跨越新路径

吴明荣有近40年丰富的企业工程项目和生产运营管理经验,2012年刚加入浙江宇龙时,公司还是一家刚刚由国营企业改制的小型农药生产制造企业,规模和体量都较小,自吴明宇担任公司总经理职务后,企业开始走上跨越之路。

二、加快技改,实现节能降耗
吴明荣在浙江宇龙生物科技股份有限公司任职前期,主管工程项目、设备技术改造工作,主持了200吨/年解草酯、200吨/年吡唑解草酯项目、400吨/年嘧菌酯项目、100吨/年戊菌唑项目、2.5t/h废液焚烧炉的建设。
2018年,吴明荣任总经理一职后,全面主持工作,大力开展节能减排工作,对公司22kw以上泵进行节能改造,对冷却塔风机进行免电改造,利用废热建设了一座200万大卡/h的热水型溴化锂冷水机组,年节电约500万度。在2019年至2020年还主持了2500吨/年苯醚甲环唑、250吨/年戊菌唑、50吨/年咯菌腈技改等项目,2020年通过工艺优化、技术改造升级,年产2500吨项目苯醚甲环唑原药荣获“浙江制造精品”称号。
三、以人为本,加强人才梯队建设

宇龙生物走技术创新,推进企业高质量发展的道路,投入科研用房1500平方米,研发设备67套,总价值592余万元用于支持科研项目,2021年入选浙江省“专精特新”中小企业、建立“省级技术研发中心”、浙江省“企业博士后工作站”,2022年建立嘉兴市企业研究院,被认定为浙江省“隐形冠军”企业。
浙江宇龙生物科技股份有限公司与浙江农林大学、浙江省农业科学院、贵州大学、浙江工业大学、华中师范大学、青岛科技大学、嘉兴学院等院校科研机构建立技术合作关系,开展校企合作共建“卓越工程师教育培养基地”、“校企就业实习基地”以及“产学研合作基地”。截至目前,公司拥有博士后工作站2人、高级工程师3人、工程师18人、化学检验高级工8人、岗位熟练操作工200余名。这些专业技术人员和熟练工,已经成为公司管理和技术岗位上的中流砥柱。

公司积极组织员工开展团体文娱活动,提高团队凝聚力;2022年调整优化员工绩效考核方案,并给一线员工增发了夜班津贴、住宿补贴等,人均年收入从2020年的9.1万元,增加到2022年11.84万元,同比增长率30%。同时,公司行政系统主动对重大疾病和困难员工进行关怀探望、爱心捐款,拨备工会基金给员工及其家庭“送去温暖”。多年来公司定期为员工进行健康体检普查,购买“大病无忧”医疗保险,为员工身体健康提供基本保障。
