【访谈】访明阳集团董事长张传卫：突破绿色风电核心技术“成大器”

在“春天的故事”里诞生，在党的政策指引下成长，回首创业之路，明阳集团生动诠释了“敢为人先、务实开放、崇信守法、爱国奉献”的“粤商”精神。

1993年，来自大别山革命老区的张传卫怀揣东借西凑的1万元，南下广东，从一个6人小作坊开始创业。如今，当初的小作坊已发展成国际化产业集团，明阳集团稳居全球海上风电市场占有率和创新排名第一，其自主研发的多项产品出口全球30多个国家和地区。

“有‘地蕴天成，能动无限’的精神，耐得住寂寞的品质。”这是明阳集团党委书记、董事长张传卫对明阳人强调的“明阳精神”，彰显了一位优秀粤商的商业智慧和精神风貌。

一、粤将弄潮

张传卫，17岁离开河南信阳从戎报国。而后受当时社会大环境的鼓舞，他做了一个足以影响自己一生的重大决定：辞掉公职，下海创业。凭着一腔热血，以万元资金起步，在中山成立明阳电器有限公司，开启创业之路。

“没有核心技术”没有羁绊住张传卫。据老员工回忆说，公司刚成立时，生产线、厂房都没有，但董事长张传卫敢拼敢干，通过股权拓展资源和市场，与德国ABB公司合作引进先进技术，顺利拿下了大笔订单，为阳明积累了第一桶金。

“没有核心技术”更坚定了张传卫要走技术路线的决心。2001年，明阳集团与清华大学合作成立明阳清华电力电子研究室，开展国际交流与产学研合作，实现从高低压成套电器向电力电子及自动化产业的转型，迈上了智能电器生产与制造的新征程。

2004年，是明阳集团发展的一个重要节点。这一年，明阳集团开发出具有国际先进水平、拥有自主知识产权的我国第一台大容量高压变频器，可使电机设备平均节能效果达35%以上，该产品取得6项发明专利，并获广东省科技进步一等奖，由此明阳刻下自主创新的基因。“唯有技术不断创新，企业才有活路。”张传卫表示，“那时候虽然辛苦，但却也是我们最幸福、最富足的时候，因为我们充满了创业的激情和梦想。”

2020-2022年，明阳集团旗下明阳智能研发投入分别为7.42亿元、10.55亿元、10.98亿元。张传卫说，“企业要实现高质量发展，就要持续加大科技投入。”

二、铸造重器

2005年，张传卫带领企业再次转型。“我们选择进军风电行业。”张传卫说，在进入风电行业时，国内能够成批生产的产品采用的依然是国外10年前的技术。他心里十分清楚，装备制造业是国之重器，高端装备制造核心技术落后于人是中国式现代化建设、实现中华民族伟大复兴面临的严峻挑战。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

海上风电是全球趋势，在台风区实现海上风力发电，被欧洲风电专家认定为世界性难题，堪比新能源领域的“登月工程”。于是，张传卫和科研团队把工作重心放在破解难题上，历经十余年，终于实现重大突破——相继推出5兆瓦至18兆瓦全球最大、技术最先进、拥有自主知识产权的抗台风型大型海上风机。“前不久，横扫南中国海面积最大的超强台风‘苏拉’登陆，我们有2000多台风机在台风区域，最大风力超过17级，均安全可靠、稳定运行。”张传卫说，每台风机都装有超过1000个智能传感器，通过智能控制不仅能让风机轻松应对台风侵袭，还能有效提升发电量。

在张传卫带领下，明阳集团先后攻克了海上超大型抗台风风机技术、海洋能源和海洋工程系统技术、深远海柔性直流送出系统及装置技术、高端核心部件和新材料等重大关键核心技术，有些达到世界先进水平，有些走在世界前列，有些成为中国独有的核心技术。

中国明阳扬名世界。“名气大了，打明阳主意的人也多了”，据明阳集团资深员工透露，曾经面对法国能源巨头逾数十亿元的并购和高薪诱惑，张传卫给出的回复是：“价钱不是我要的，我要的是成大器，把中国装备工业搞上去，让中国品牌能变成全世界品牌。”

三、感恩“天地”

坚定不移听党话、跟党走，早已融入到明阳集团的发展基因中。

“地蕴天成，能动无限”，是明阳集团的企业精神。在张传卫看来，这个天，就是党对民营经济的信任培育，就是中国改革开放的大环境；这个地，就蕴含着大别山革命热土的红色基因。“三十年创新创业，明阳已发展成为中国企业500强和全球新能源企业500强，这得益于大别山革命老区的精神支撑。”

张传卫是中共党员，因此他对企业党建工作格外重视。早在十多年前，他就向组织申请成立了中山市首个民营企业党委，下设12个党支部，其中35岁以下的青年党员占78%，从事技术一线的党员占53%，本科学历以上党员占73%。长期以来，张传卫积极推动民企党建工作探索，扩大企业党的组织和工作覆盖。明阳集团党委先后被授予广东省“两新”党建示范点、先进基层党组织等荣誉称号。

与此同时，张传卫认为，一位企业家的价值和影响力，不在于他事业多么成功，拥有多少财富，而取决于他是否有责任担当。“一个大的企业，必须有国家意识和全球责任，必须紧紧围绕国家和民族的定位去创业、创新和发展。明阳事业做得更大、更强，创造更多的就业机会，服务好更多的关联产业，对国家、民族和人类社会作的贡献就越大，这就是明阳最大的使命和责任。”

First, Guangdong will ride the tide

Zhang Chuanwei left Xinyang, Henan Province, to serve the country at the age of 17. Then, encouraged by the social environment at that time, he made a major decision that would affect his life: quit public office and start a business in the sea. With a passion, with ten thousand yuan of capital to start, set up in Zhongshan Mingyang Electric Co., LTD., open the road to entrepreneurship.

At the beginning of the business, Mingyang Electric produced low-voltage distribution cabinets in the way of manual workshops, but there was no core technology.

“No core technology” does not hinder Zhang Chuanwei. According to the old employees recalled that when the company was just established, there were no production lines and factories, but the chairman Zhang Chuanwei dared to fight and dare to work, expand resources and markets through equity, and cooperate with the German ABB company to introduce advanced technology, successfully won a large order, and accumulated the first bucket of gold for Yangming.

“No core technology” has strengthened Zhang Chuanwei’s determination to take the technical route. Second, casting heavy equipment

In 2005, Zhang Chuanwei led the company to transform again. “We chose to go into wind power.” Zhang Chuanwei said that when entering the wind power industry, the products that can be mass-produced in China are still using foreign technology 10 years ago. He is very clear in his heart that the equipment manufacturing industry is an important tool of the country, and the core technology of high-end equipment manufacturing is lagging behind the people, which is a severe challenge to the Chinese-style modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Offshore wind power is a global trend, and the realization of offshore wind power in the typhoon area has been identified by European wind power experts as a worldwide problem, comparable to the “moon landing project” in the field of new energy. Therefore, Zhang Chuanwei and the scientific research team focused on solving the problem, and after more than ten years, finally achieved a major breakthrough – successively launched 5 MW to 18 MW, the world’s largest, most advanced technology, with independent intellectual property rights of typhoon-resistant large-scale offshore fans. “Not long ago, the largest super typhoon across the South China Sea ‘Sura’ landed, we have more than 2,000 wind turbines in the typhoon area, the maximum wind strength of more than 17, are safe, reliable and stable operation.” Zhang Chuanwei said that each fan is equipped with more than 1,000 smart sensors, and intelligent control can not only make the fan easily cope with the typhoon, but also effectively increase the power generation.

Under the leadership of Zhang Chuanwei, Mingyang Group has conquered major key core technologies such as offshore super large anti-typhoon fan technology, Marine energy and Marine engineering system technology, far-reaching sea flexible DC delivery system and device technology, high-end core components and new materials, some of which have reached the world’s advanced level, some of which are in the forefront of the world, and some of which have become unique core technologies in China.
