【访谈】访全国政协委员、均瑶集团董事长王均金：延续创新火种 传承“敢拼”基因

Q2：“开拓创新”与“追求卓越”，是均瑶集团创业30多年来稳健成长的密码。当历史的指针转向2023年，随着中国经济潜力和活力的不断释放，聚焦中国式现代化建设、解码高质量发展，均瑶集团正在做怎样的努力？

王均金：在创新能力上，均瑶集团争做民营企业创新的排头兵，战略性新兴产业的主力军，近几年在科创领域做了一些探索。

集团旗下华模科技在国产大飞机工程模拟机研制、基于模拟器的适航试验攻关等方面作出的重要贡献，得到了合作方的肯定。华模科技承担的“国产民机D级飞行模拟机研制”项目被上海市发改委、上海市经信委列为上海市战略性新兴产业重大项目。“喜鹊到”全球空运物流服务平台异军突起，开通服务城市202个，新兴裂变营销模式“喜店钞能力”计划上线，上线首月已有636名店长入驻，有望引领航空物流创业体验及商业模式创新，实现航空货运由传统运输方式向现代物流服务体系的跃升。

Q3：优秀企业家和企业家精神，是改革创新、推动经济增长的重要因素。“弘扬企业家精神”写入党的二十大报告，在全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神的开局之年，你认为如何弘扬企业家精神，才能有效落实党的二十大作出的重大决策部署？

王均金：“为社会创造价值”的信念始终是均瑶集团的不变初心，也是均瑶集团向百年老店目标持续前进的内生动力。2022年，我们召开公司股东会，贯彻落实新发展理念，启动公司章程修改，将党建工作和企业文化写入公司章程，这在均瑶集团发展史上具有里程碑意义。

Q5：党的二十大报告指出，坚持把发展经济的着力点放在实体经济上。均瑶集团的业务范围涉及航空、金融、教育、大健康、高新技术研发等，在未来产业布局上，聚焦实体经济，均瑶会进行怎样的调整变化？

王均金：均瑶集团是一家聚焦实业的现代服务型企业，根据党的二十大报告中提到几个领域，我们将关注这些关键词：交通强国、数字中国、新能源、新材料、数字经济等等。

均瑶集团在夯实原有航空、消费、科技板块业务基础上，深耕细作，积极响应交通强国以及加速培养国内消费大市场的国策，进入新能源汽车相关领域，提升航空业务影响力，推动长三角、成渝世界级机场群的建设，2023年1月，吉祥航空在成都成立了四川分公司，布局成渝航空经济。2月底，进入新能源车相关领域，创造绿色消费场景，挖掘便捷创新的消费方式。

Q6：作为全国政协委员，今年全国两会你的提案将重点聚焦哪些方面？
