职业早期:勇于尝试 明确定位
从自己擅长的事情、感兴趣的事情以及世界需要的事情三方面出发,寻找一个交叉点;然后积极投身其中,通过不断探索、收集反馈,最终找到适合自己的职业锚点。
职业中期:追随榜样 建立支持

女性领导者:超越自我 成就他人
无论男性还是女性,要成为领导者,都需要具备一些特质。首先,他们要有清晰的战略思维;其次,很强的结果导向;第三,女性领导者还具备许多柔性技能。除此之外,领导者不仅要自身表现出色,还要真正关心整个公司、整个社区,带领提升基础设施和企业文化,真正赋能整个团队。

Kinsey China interviewed 27 female leaders in a variety of fields, including healthcare, technology, consumer goods, retail, automotive, financial services, and both multinational and local companies.

In this issue, we share a video interview between McKinsey Global Managing Partner Shi Junna and Sun Jie, CEO of Ctrip Group, one of the series of interviews on “Walking to the top of the Mountain and seeing Chinese female leaders in the workplace”. In the conversation, Sun Jie gave career advice for women at different stages of career development. In her opinion, female leaders should not only be good themselves, but also create a caring workplace environment for other female employees in the company.
Early career: Try to define yourself
Look for an intersection between what you are good at, what you are interested in, and what the world needs. Then actively participate in it, through continuous exploration, collect feedback, and finally find the right career anchor for you.

Female leaders: Go beyond yourself to achieve others
Both men and women need certain traits to be leaders. First, they need to have clear strategic thinking; Second, strong results orientation; Third, female leaders also possess many flexible skills. Beyond that, leaders need to not only perform well themselves, but really care about the entire company, the entire community, lead the way in improving the infrastructure and culture, and truly empower the entire team.
