【访谈】李培根院士：多维度破局中小企业数字化转型难点

10月14日，国家智能制造专家委员会主任、华中科技大学教授、中国机械工程学会荣誉理事长、中国数字经济50人论坛委员李培根院士在接受专访时表示，中小企业数字化转型难点破解需从自身意识、生态圈、政策措施三方面出发。

随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革发展，数字化、智能化、数实融合等概念已成为新型工业化进程中的关键词汇。在如火如荼的转型升级过程中，量大面广的中小企业成为一股不可忽视的重要力量和经济发展新引擎。

调查显示，今年以来不少中小企业都在加快数字化转型，提升竞争力，转型已成为未来发展的趋势和必经之路。但亟待破局的是，在此过程中，一些中小企业却面临“不敢转、不会转”的难题。

对此，李培根表示，一方面，企业的数字化转型涉及很多方面，如企业流程再造、个性化需求等多项因素，中小企业应认识到数字技术的应用很难立即产生效益；另一方面，要改变现状，需要有好的生态，使中小企业更愿意进行数字化转型，同时也更容易见效。他举例说，当企业需要一个软件系统，而该系统在云端即可使用，这样既便于企业应用，又降低了使用数字技术的成本，“当平台聚合一些基础工具，包括数据采集、数据处理、人工智能分析，自然语言处理等，进行云上共享，中小企业应用起来就很方便了。”

但李培根也表示，中小企业数字化转型还面临另一个难题——个性化需求，而通用的软件通常难以处理这个问题，此时需要做二次开发，无论对于应用企业还是软件供应商来讲都是很麻烦的事。对此，他认为，如果软件行业或平台能够提供基础工具、低代码(Low-Code)工具，用户即使不懂编程，通过简单操作即可开发出适合他们特定应用的App。无论对于企业的数字化转型还是平台软件的应用推广，这都是非常有意义的。
