Q1:作为新生代杭商,您是如何理解“传承”的?

Q2:百货行业竞争一直非常激烈,回顾企业发展之路,您认为利星的核心竞争力是什么?
陈敏:一路走来,利星集团从“快时尚”到“慢生活”到“上善若水”再到“数字化”,开创了一条有别于传统百货业发展的新模式、新道路。
今年,全国首家“元宇宙”利星商城正式上线,再次打破传统商圈模式,使“沉浸式购物”成为现实,标志着利星已经从商业模式的创新转型走向科学技术的创新。而借助数字化技术赋能企业转型,也充分彰显利星集团一直以来不断提升拓展服务方式、服务品质以及服务群体,努力打造“立体化”商业百货模式的理念,我们旨在为顾客提供一个全新的体验。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
Q3:近年来,利星在数字化转型方面具体做了哪些探索?取得了什么样的标志性成果?
陈敏:与360公司合作——利星集团与360集团于2022年9月起就城市网络安全、数字管理、数字商业等领域共同展开探索。比如利星集团旗下商业综合体利星名品广场内成立了城市网络安全展厅,面向青少年群体开展网络安全教育的研学体验;携手开发的数字商管后台系统将赋能企业管理,提升经济效率。今年7月27日,杭州市人民政府就互联网和安全服务领域与360签署《杭州市人民政府与360集团战略合作框架协议》,旨在共同打造中国数字安全能力体系建设的标杆试点城市,推动杭州成为中国数字安全第一城。而我也被聘请为360城市集团副董事长、执行总裁。
与锋尚文化合作——今年11月7日,锋尚文化与尚城利星在利星集团尚城店3F的“最天使文化书城”举行“尚Live Space文娱社交新空间”合作签约仪式,我们将坚持优势互补、互惠共赢的原则,携手打造数字交互融汇赋能的新文娱业态商业综合体,以塑造群众夜间社交娱乐新场景、打造“数字文化+”消费体验新空间、新业态为目标,焕发宋韵文化活力,发挥亚运效应,满足人们多层次、沉浸式、品质化的文化消费需求。这个综合体预计将于2024年初开业。
Q4:面向未来,您认为利星还将面临哪些发展新机遇?企业有何新目标、新规划?
陈敏:在“加快推动数字化转型和技术改造”的政策环境下,利星充分把握中国从“互联网大国”向“互联网强国”转变的战略机遇期,在“新型特色数字经济”“新型智慧城市”“新型数字产业人才培养”等领域抓住发展先机。我们将整合科技创新资源,引领发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业,加快形成新质生产力;我们将与政府合作共建企业数字化转型促进中心,为企业提供展示体验、供需对接、创新孵化、人才引育等集成服务。
同时,步入“后亚运时代”,我们也将积极响应“放大亚运效应”号召,寻求更深层次的体育、文化、商业、旅游融合发展,形成更强劲的竞争力。利星集团最近正在计划与LVMH集团开展合作,将LV与南宋文化相结合,在南宋皇城遗址上打造“尚御街”,塑造一个高影响力的消费新场景,也期待政府能给予我们相应的政策支持和引导。

Chen Min: Cooperation with 360 Company – Lixing Group and 360 Group have jointly explored the areas of urban network security, digital management, and digital commerce since September 2022. For example, Lixing Group’s commercial complex Lixing Famous Plaza has set up an urban network security exhibition hall to carry out research experience of network security education for young people; The joint development of the digital business management back office system will empower business management and enhance economic efficiency. On July 27 this year, the Hangzhou People’s Government signed the “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Hangzhou People’s Government and 360 Group” with 360 in the field of Internet and security services, aiming to jointly build a benchmark pilot city for the construction of China’s digital security capability system and promote Hangzhou to become China’s first digital security city. We will adhere to the principle of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win, and work together to create a new cultural and entertainment business complex with digital interaction and integration. With the goal of shaping a new scene of social entertainment for the masses at night, creating a new space and new business form of “digital culture +” consumption experience, we will glow with the vitality of Song Yun culture, give play to the effect of the Asian Games, and meet people’s multi-level, immersive and quality-oriented cultural consumption needs. The complex is expected to open in early 2024.
Q4: Looking into the future, what new development opportunities do you think Lixing will face? What new goals and plans does the company have?
Chen Min: Under the policy environment of “accelerating digital transformation and technological transformation”, Lixing fully grasped the strategic opportunity period of China’s transformation from “Internet power” to “Internet power”, and seized the development opportunities in the fields of “new characteristic digital economy”, “new smart city” and “new digital industry talent training”. We will integrate scientific and technological innovation resources, lead the development of strategic emerging industries and industries of the future, and accelerate the formation of new quality productivity.
