【资讯】专家学者齐聚长沙探讨企业运营与服务创新管理

近日，国家自然科学基金重大项目“企业运营与服务创新管理理论及应用研究”2023年度交流会在湖南工商大学举行，来自国家自然科学基金委员会、清华大学、中国科学技术大学、中南大学、湖南工商大学、深圳大学的专家学者齐聚长沙，共同探讨新形势下企业运营与服务创新管理前沿理论及应用。

国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部副主任刘作仪介绍了自然科学基金委近期的改革方向和举措，并表示要让科学研究回归其本身、符合科学发展规律，希望研究者坚持潜心研究，需求牵引，为持续开展高质量的研究工作贡献力量。

湖南工商大学党委副书记、校长廖湘岳对与会的各位院士、专家学者表示欢迎。他指出，近年来，学校主动融入科技强国建设，坚持“四个面向”推进科学研究、加快科技创新，扎实推进有组织科研，牵头建设湘江实验室，产出了一批具有较大影响力的创新成果。本次交流会的举办，将进一步促进项目团队成员交融学术思想，更好地推进项目各项任务目标圆满完成。 CXO UNION-CXO联盟（cxounion.cn）

中国工程院院士、东北大学副校长唐立新主持项目汇报环节。中国工程院院士陈晓红作为项目负责人从项目概况、年度研究进展、代表性成果与应用、下年度研究计划等4个方面汇报项目进展情况。她表示，项目紧密结合中国企业管理情境，融合多学科研究方法，围绕智慧供应链、智慧物流、新零售、共享平台以及智慧环境服务开展研究，取得了理论方法创新、技术平台突破、示范应用推广等系列成果，能够为数智技术赋能企业运营与服务创新提供理论支撑与实践指引。

随后，陈晓红院士，清华大学陈煜波教授，香港大学副校长、清华大学特聘教授申作军，中南大学周艳菊教授，中国科学技术大学杨锋教授先后介绍了“环境服务型企业的智慧运营管理”“共享经济平台服务运作模式与风险管理”“智慧供应链运营与服务模式创新”“面向新零售的全渠道运营与服务模式设计”“智慧物流管理理论方法研究”等5个子课题的研究进展、研究成果及下一步研究计划。

据了解，“企业运营与服务创新管理理论及应用研究”项目围绕国家大力发展数字经济、促进企业数字化转型与竞争力提升的重大战略需求，紧密结合中国企业管理情景和现实需求，融合多学科研究方法，深入研究供应链、物流、零售、共享平台和环境等服务领域，充分运用大数据、物联网、人工智能、区块链等新一代信息技术进行智慧运营管理和服务创新的基础理论和技术方法，提出数字经济下企业管理理论与方法体系，构建企业智慧运营管理服务平台，建立企业示范系统和代表性解决方案，为中国企业引领数据经济时代提供运营与服务创新管理的理论、方法和平台的支撑以及实践的指引。此次年度交流会有利于各项目组更充分地交流成果、总结经验，为下一步研究的推进优化路径、奠定基础。

Experts and scholars gathered in Changsha to discuss enterprise operation and service innovation management

Recently, the National Natural Science Foundation’s major project “Enterprise Operation and Service Innovation Management Theory and Application Research” 2023 Exchange meeting was held in Hunan Technology and Business University. Experts and scholars from the National Natural Science Foundation Committee, Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology of China, Central South University, Hunan Technology and Business University, Shenzhen University gathered in Changsha. Liu Zuoyi, deputy director of the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, introduced the recent reform direction and measures of the Natural Science Foundation of China, and said that scientific research should return to itself and conform to the law of scientific development, hoping that researchers will persist in research, demand traction, and contribute to the continuous development of high-quality research work.

Liao Xiangyue, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Hunan Technology and Business University, welcomed the academicians, experts and scholars attending the meeting. He pointed out that in recent years, the school has actively integrated into the construction of science and technology power, adhered to the “four aspects” to promote scientific research, accelerated scientific and technological innovation, solidly promoted organized scientific research, led the construction of Xiangjiang Laboratory, and produced a number of innovative achievements with greater influence. The holding of this exchange meeting will further promote the integration of academic ideas among project team members and better promote the successful completion of various tasks and objectives of the project.

Tang Lixin, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and vice president of Northeastern University, presided over the project report session. Chen Xiaohong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, as the project leader, reported the progress of the project from four aspects: project overview, annual research progress, representative achievements and applications, and next year’s research plan. She said that the project closely combines the Chinese enterprise management situation, integrates multidisciplinary research methods, conducts research on smart supply chain, smart logistics, new retail, sharing platform and smart environmental services, and has achieved a series of achievements such as theoretical method innovation, technology platform breakthrough, demonstration application promotion and so on. It can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprise operation and service innovation enabled by intelligent technology.

Later, Academician Chen Xiaohong, Professor Chen Yubo of Tsinghua University, Vice President of the University of Hong Kong and Distinguished Professor Shen Zuojun of Tsinghua University, Professor Zhou Yanju of Central South University, Professor Yang Feng from the University of Science and Technology of China successively introduced the research progress, research achievements and the following five sub-topics: “Intelligent operation Management of environmental service enterprises”, “Sharing economy platform service operation mode and risk management”, “Intelligent supply chain operation and service mode innovation”, “Omni-channel operation and service mode design for new retail” and “Intelligent logistics Management Theory and Method Research” One step research plan.

During the project discussion, the experts of the steering group carefully listened to the reports of the project and various research groups, and put forward suggestions on scientific problems, results focusing, subject linkage, research expansion and other aspects.

It is understood that the “Enterprise Operation and Service Innovation Management Theory and Application Research” project focuses on the major strategic needs of the country to vigorously develop the digital economy and promote the digital transformation and competitiveness of enterprises, closely combines the scenarios and realistic needs of Chinese enterprise management, integrates multidisciplinary research methods, and in-depth studies on supply chain, logistics, retail, sharing platform and environment and other service fields. Make full use of the new generation of information technologies such as big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and blockchain to carry out the basic theories and technical methods of intelligent operation management and service innovation, propose the theory and method system of enterprise management under the digital economy, build the enterprise intelligent operation management service platform, and establish the enterprise demonstration system and representative solutions. To provide theoretical, methodical and platform support for operation and service innovation management and practical guidance for Chinese enterprises leading the era of data economy.
