2004年3月,24岁的陈震,背起行李,从打工的第一站广东来到浙江海盐,在这片新土地上开始闯生活。从打工做起,拜师傅、学技术,尝试创业,开办“小作坊”式工厂,更新技术、搬迁厂区、扩大厂房、创新产品……一路走来,酸甜苦辣,到如今一家现代化企业——浙江洪扬汽车零部件有限公司,创办在中国紧固件之乡的浙江海盐望海街道工业园区,生产的各类汽车零部件、非标件、异型件等特种产品,走出国门,远销世界。CXO UNION-CXO联盟(cxounion.cn)
创业之路,一路走来,陈震无限感慨。
一、三步曲:“小作坊”变身大工厂
陈震是受海盐一家紧固件企业老总邀请,来到了人生地不熟的浙江海盐的。2004年的早春,暖阳中夹杂着寒意,海盐人展开怀抱欢迎远道而来的新居民,陈震明白,这里将开启人生的第二站打工路。因为已在广东紧固件企业掌握娴熟技术,陈震来海盐后依然做技术员岗位。
看着厂区繁忙景象,陈震就萌生一个梦想,终有一天也要自己当老板,创办自己的现代化工厂。
带着追求,在打工一年后,陈震跳槽到了海盐的另一家紧固件企业。企业老板许以12万年薪,这在2005年时属于高薪了,但陈震的创业梦一直未灭。五年后,陈震毅然辞职,决定自己创办企业。
梦想很丰满,现实却很骨干。陈震东借西拼,凑齐了13万元人民币,买进一台机器,在海盐老殡仪馆旁租了180平方厂房,后来又扩建到600平方米,办起一家也做紧固件的作坊式小企业。

陈震凭借多年掌握的技术,以及对紧固件行业的了解,发现号称中国紧固件之乡的海盐,绝大多数紧固件企业都做标准件产品,只有少数企业做非标准件产品,于是决定主攻生产定制的非标产品。依靠在紧固件行业建立的人脉关系,陈震企业专做非标产品的消息很快扩散,引来客户上门定制。
生意日渐兴隆,小作坊已容不下现有的业务。一年后,陈震决定走第二步扩张之路。
在武原街道大刘村,陈震看中一块土地,拟在此盖新厂房。在得到了有关方面支持后,一幢新厂房终于耸立在大刘村,面积扩展到2300平方米。陈震喜不自禁,看着自己的梦想越来越丰满,他淡化了创业过程的艰辛,只顾勇往直前。

2016年,陈震的梦想再度扩张,决定建造一座真正的现代化工厂。2018年,在海盐县望海街道兴欣大道618号,一幢宏伟的厂房拔地而起,“浙江洪扬汽车零部件有限公司”几个金色大字,引来过往路人观瞻,吸引来自各地的打工者进厂。
圆梦时刻,陈震喜不自禁,同时也意识到企业经营之路的曲折与漫长。
二、主旋律:练内功重在技术与质量
厂区面积从180平方米、2300平方米,到11000平方米;厂房从租用、建造简易厂房,再建成现代代工厂大楼;年产值从100万元、2000千万元,到2020年实现亿元。陈震用10年时间,实现了创业三级跳。
是什么力量,推动企业稳步发展?又有哪些秘诀,让企业像滚雪球越做越大?
陈震说,是那个梦。
陈震记着打工路上一直做着的梦,就是能够自己办厂,自己做老板。这个梦想,一直催促他加油、努力,也提醒他不松懈、不气馁。从数年打工做技术员的经历和创办企业过程中积累的经验,陈震深知,若想企业走得远,必须拿出过硬的产品;产品营销固然重要,但产品本身过硬是最大的靠山。陈震因此确定了企业发展策略,即首先练好企业内功,就是注重技术不断更新提高、注重提高产品质量。这也是他企业经营的一条秘诀。
2018年工厂迁址望海街道工业园区后,陈震开始大规模招纳专业技术人才,组建自己的技术研发团队,给予技术骨干高薪待遇,制订激励创新的制度,鼓励技术团队突破技术瓶颈,走向更高更远。企业在招纳普通员工时也设置一定条件,选择有文化、有专长、肯奉献的人进厂工作,重视员工技术培训,提高整体技术素质。

陈震说,生产汽车零部件技术要求高,因为汽车是在高速行驶中,若零部件出现问题,可能涉及乘员生命安全,所以一直把产品质量当做企业的生命线,抓紧抓实。
汽车零部件市场根据技术能力和产品质量,有一级供应商和二级供应商之别,一级供应商可将汽车零部件直接供货给汽车生产厂家,而二级供应商只能为一级供应商代加工,将产品交给一级供应商,由一级供应商验货合格后再交货给汽车生产厂家。浙江洪扬汽车零部件有限公司2018年获得了二级供应商资格,陈震把目标定位在一级供应商,经过四年努力,终于在2022年取得一级供应商资格,其生产的汽车零部件直供汽车生产厂家。

三、找定位:理想+务实的行动
陈震说,办企业,找准定位很重要。定位,就是既要清晰理念,明确目标,也要清楚自己的长处和短处,从实际出发;就是既要树立远大理想目标,也要走务实发展道路。
办厂之初,陈震就明白自己长处在哪、短处是什么,利用自己多年在紧固件企业做技工的技术优势,和熟知紧固件企业产品结构的优势,果断选择做非标准紧固件产品。陈震说,当看到整个紧固件行业都在做标准件,很少有企业做非标产品时,他就想到了“捷径”一词,觉得这可能就是他的机遇。因为大企业不愿做非标产品,而市场同样需要非标产品,虽需求数量远比标准件少,但这正好符合他小企业的生产特点。
没想到的是,前来定制非标产品的客户骆绎不绝,业务迅速扩大。陈震在创业之初,就找准了发展契机。

陈震说,找准企业定位还有一个方面很重要,就是对企业未来发展的规范。必须要有一个“软件”,建立规范的现代化企业管理制度。请来台湾一家咨询公司做专业培训,帮助建立一整套标准化管理制度,加以落实。
陈震说,现代化企业如果走家属式传承的老路,就是一条死路,必须建立能者上、庸者下的用人环境。为避免被“七大姑八姨”阻碍企业发展,陈震新建了一家塑料厂,请有能力的亲戚负责,专门安排从湖北老家赶来投靠他的亲戚朋友,从而保住了浙江洪扬汽车零部件有限公司用工的“纯洁”性,所有员工全凭本事和贡献获取报酬,极大地激发起技术人员的创新激情,调动了全体员工的生产积极性。

First, three steps: “small workshop” into a big factory
Chen Zhen was invited by the boss of a fastener enterprise in Haiyan, and came to Haiyan, Zhejiang, where he was unfamiliar. In the early spring of 2004, the warm sun mixed with the cold, Haiyan people opened their arms to welcome the new residents coming from afar, Chen Zhen understood that this will open the second stop of life. Auto parts market according to the technical ability and product quality. There are tier 1 suppliers and tier 2 suppliers, tier 1 suppliers can directly supply auto parts to auto manufacturers.
